My screen looks like the first picture. To get the other settings, I have to click the 3 dots and press Advanced Settings.

Sent from my SM-N930V using Tapatalk

That's odd!! I have the newer version. Yours looks like the one from the s7. Did you do the day 1 system update? Here is mine.

Yes I did the update! That's when I noticed it changed.

If Verizon removed the advanced power saving customization where you can do just certain options, I'm going to lose my sh*t on them! Being able to drop the screen res for battery saving is one of the top reasons I ordered this phone.

I've been reading a lot about Package Disabler Pro. Have you used it for a while? I typically go into Application Manager and disable any unncesesary app. Is Package Disabler Pro better?
Lastly, which version do you use? The Play Storage has two...
Package Disabler Pro (Samsung) for $0.99
Package Disabler Pro+ Samsung for $1.49

Hello Eric
I have been using Package Disabler Pro for a while , and now in my new N930V. It is better than the standard "disable" in App Manager because it can disable ANY app, including those from the core system and other bloatware that sometimes it is not possible to disable in the regular app manager.
The version I have is the first one (not the +)
Hope I helped

Turn off knox possibly and other apps quickly

Go to App drawer
Hold down on app and drag to top to disable or uninstall

Can someone with root check in titanium if this disabling knox works as I don't have root. TIA
** To re enable just go to app drawer, hit the menu button and select "Show disabled apps", check the app you want to re enable and tap "Done". The only drawback to re enabling is it won't put the shortcut back in the folder if it was originally there.

I believe that's where the mystery lies. I know from experience not to click on any Samsung apps when I first setup any Samsung phones. By the looks of it, those apps were never downloaded because when I clicked on Samsung Apps app that it ask me to accept and always click "decline". So I don't have the Knox app, Bloomberg, etc.

Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk 2
It's been almost 2 hours and been editing my post and texting and so far it hasn't shown up. Crossing my fingers still.
I've also haven't seen my stock mail app saying "invalid pasword". Might be just a coincidence but I'll find out in a few days.
Update: I guess this method doesn't disable the pop up and fix the invalid password in email. Just got both of them again after turning off wifi.
Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
Just wanted to let everyone know what this does. There are 3 different knox applications in applications settings & only 1 in the app drawer. When you try turning them off in the application settings only 1 is able to be turned off not the other 2 actual phone security functions that are not in the app drawer. So when you open up the samsung apps folder and drag & drop the knox app in the disable app function on the statusbar, all your doing is turning off the samsung app that can already be turned off in the application settings menu. Its not turning off the knox security functions, all that gets turned off is the app that allows you to download the actual app that lets you enter a personal password to use your phone as a personal phone & business phone at the same time.
Sent from my SM-N900T using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Thanks. A bit misleading when you disable it and it says will disable knox and all features related to it. I will update the post.

The APK they remove there is not the same that Tmobile uses, so the process doesn't apply to ours.

Samsung has released this as a stock feature on the Verizon and AT&T Variants that I have. I believe we will be seeing this on the 6.0 release for the GS6 variants as well. Don't quote me on that.
