Here is the version of Fire In The Night Theme for MIUI v4, after 2 months of patiently waiting to be implemented properly the subject of themes, and a number of problems I had to adjust the black, finally I have this BETA version has some bugs, but I hope to fix soon, and if you find more or something that does not fit well let me know.
Thanks to @jbejarano (SGS3) and @migueloma (SGS) for help me in the process.

For FancyWidgets users, here I leave this small mod, I found clock (GabbanaBlack) and change it to orange and for weather icons I used (MIUIWeather). (Unzip and copy to the root of the internal SD, after this you choose in both sections and that's it).

* Now Long Press The Device Power Button And Then Restart Your Device. DONE!
* Check Now To See If This Method Has Fixed Your GPS Issues!

It boots perfectly and no issues I've had at all. TMO bloat seems so much less intrusive

OP pretty much states this version is stock, mostly debloated T-Mo ROM with minimal additions.

I didn't add anything really. Only added a new apns.conf file so the AT&T LTE apn is defaulted to. There a few t-mo apps I left but those can be deleted with TiBu.

Whoa dang! I was on Illusion for a good 4 months with ZERO issues. Even after Mikeramsey killed the thread, I was still rocking this. I made the switch to Wicked, but for anyone who wants a 4.3 based ROM, look no further. Illusion brings the goods. @driodmaster92 thanks for the resurrection!

Just when I thought it was safe to leave
Wifi at the house this drops. Awesome downloading now and hoping it finishes before my wife is ready to leave.
If so then I'll have a great testing zone in the field today.
This has been rocking so smooth and know issues found yet however running stock now but going to adjust all tweaks later tonight.
Seems like this and another ROM are the only 4.3 ROMs available and this is the better of the two in my opinion so far. Other is great this is more themed customized and more advanced.
Really appreciate this being shared with us.
UPDATE: Only issues so far can't get computer to recognize and allow syncing by usb. (I realize something simple)
Trying to change to Tablet mode "system setting's FC's goes into bootloop and have to pull battery to reset
Battery dropped to 10% and I lost data and sprint network? Couldn't figure out how to turn data on so did a battery pull and phone said 43% and had data so not sure what happened but glad it is back working.
Can't get app dpi to change tried installing Xposed but that didn't either.
Will keep trying.

I'm looking to sale my att note 3 for the tmobile version, I see the note 3 on att has no custom rooms or anything so I wanted to kno if there's a hot spot hack to allow more than the 2.5gigs tmobile offer ?

Ensure you Have Safestrap 3.75 B04 Installed as it is pre-installed in bigginsROM!
Coming from NC2/MJE
1. Make sure you are rooted with Safestrap 3.75 B04 Installed HERE
2. Boot into Download Mode (VOL DOWN + HOME + POWER) and Odin (AP slot) updated Firmware HERE, thanks to @BeansTown106
3. Reboot into Safestrap
4. Wipe (Factory Reset Stock Slot)
5. Install bigginsROM
6. Reboot
7. Enjoy!
Coming from NC4 OTA
1. Root with Towelroot HERE
2. Install BusyBox from Play Store...open App and install
3. Install Safestrap 3.75 B04 HERE, open App and Install
4. Reboot into Safetrap, Wipe (Factory Reset) Stock Slot
5. Install bigginsROM
6. Reboot into Download Mode FROM SAFESTRAP!

I have a version (1.1) that I'm testing, I will try and incorporate as many as I can that work properly...

There isn't any way to disable it in the rom. You would have to push the stock SystemUI.apk and overwrite mine. The panel is the only mod I made to that apk so everything else would work fine if you would like to change it.
