Thax for releasing this! NTFS Support wow! Nice! Justs flashed it on RR Stable 1, still optimising apps guess as i did a wipe cash. Will test and report back. Guess some things from stock will not work in RR as there is the "switch" in the UI missing i guess. But i am really currious.

FYI no need to wipe cache when flashing a kernel, same thing with dalvik-cache

Flashd It over aerom V5 just for FCharge, i'll tell later!

Seams not to work with RR somehow, after "optimizing Apps" there was standing Starting Apps... but nothing happens even after 5 Minutes. Reboot, now only RR Logo Animation starting over and over since like 10 minutes.. any idea?

Odd, I'll look into it later today.

Great work! Do I have to flash Bootloader, lk, etc.. like for latest CM13 or can I just flash over my installed DarkSense 4.1.0 ROM?

If you have not already done so then yes, this will also mean updating to the latest available TWRP, otherwise you will get bootloops etc.

Ok worked now, maybe was because i gut magisk systemless root, xposed and so on. Well works now, but as i thought smartcase not working maybe as there is no switch in RR? Tryed wsith kernel auditor but there seams nothing like that to tun on/off. Guess need to have go back on one of the stock based roms

@Jonny something different about FP EINT wakelock? In cyanogen seems to be fixed. Many thankss

Well one good thing, proximity sensor seems to work a little better than with the other kernel.

Root and Xposed (the version before magisk) work fine with this kernel, I have not tested out magisk because it makes too big a mess of my other systemless mods, and when working on my ROM I don't want to switch to magisk then Rovo brings out a completely different official systemless xposed

Well latest xposed, with latest magisk and phh superuser worked fine and works fine with your kernel, nothing negative. just flashed it again. Guess the wipe cache did something wrong. Not everything works again as before just with your kernel. So just have to find out how to enable the magnetic sensor and i am happy. Used greenify and amplify for some tweeks and getting great battery time in standby RR and round 5 hhours screen on time on RR, as poweruser for me its ok, better than my g4 before.

Is it possible to flash your Kernel with CM13 ?
I tried to but I got an error message (footer problem) in the early phase of the flash.

Flash with TWRP.

Maybe a bug: My camera app (the one that is with RR) closes after every shot, picture is saved but closes than. Seams only in HDR mode, so pro a "old bug" - read bout it several times. Same with the othr kernel.

That's a ROM issue then, not a kernel issue if it happens on stock kernel as well.

The included (Snap) Camera won't make videos when the video quality is set to "4k UHD".
If set to "HD 1080p" it should work.
Thanks for the ROM. Just installed H815 version from today.
Booted fine.
In any case, a bit of OT: I'm still not able to install Viper4Android on this, AICP or crDroid. I either get I/O error when installing the driver, or the app claims it can't get root (the latter is the case on this ROM). I mention this here is case someone has any ideas, or has been able to install Viper. The sound is much better with it.
I use Llama Kernel for the Mashmallow version of this ROM.
For this ROM I'll first stay at CM-Kernel, maybe later I'll add a second one.
I'm actually glad you started a RR 5.8 Version. I'm still running your MM version.
But what will be the difference to the current genesixxbf3 version?
Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
Maybe there aren't any.
I'm using UBER Toolchain 4.9, like in Marshmallow Version.
But I don't know which TC genesixx is using.
Yesssssssssssssss can't wait to try
Thanks for update, now installing this version. In future update, can you add icon for Pixel ? thanks

The rom is optimized not the kernel, i will optimize the kernel too in the next build and there are a few behind the scenes discussion going on to include brand kernel into all my roms, if everything goes fine my future roms will have the brand kernel meaning (100% optimization).
how's the camera quality guys? does google cam work?

You can, it will boot, but you will have calling issues. Try this. Flash the rom, then flash the attached zip. Reboot without gapps and test if everything is working. If yes, then flash gapps. Else just wait for my exams to end, I'll add support for all variants
I had problem with app called voloco, I replaced 2 audio libs in lib(64)-hw from LOS 14.1 now everything is okay. But it's not so smooth as RR by mac but no bugs so far. Btw. Camera is amazing.
Edit : Found two bugs (?)
- Rotate doesn't work for me, tried to reboot.
- When I was calling display doesn't go black beside my ear.
- Not so smooth.
- Device is hot after nonstop using
- G925F

With new kernel (mac's) it's great and fast and rotate now works. But there is one problem, SIM card takes up to 5mins to get recognized. Anyway thank you.
For recording fix, download RR unofficial one and replace 2 libs.
system - lib (and lib64) - hw - and something audiouniversal.

have you tried the HolyDragon kernel?
(or BluSpark or SmurfKernel?)
how does it compare?
One small bug, the link speed for wifi is always 0.
The wifi works fine though

Tried... Not much of different... But this is fast smooth and very battery friendly... Exactly for battery this is a monster... All kernels are good... Tried even arter97, radioactiv, smurf, ex... Etc... Now staying with this
If I'm on oos 9.0.5 with xXx and Renovation rom with stock kernel all I have to do is flash this kernel zip right? No need to flash the boot image?

Oh... Maybe this is exactly for stable oos? Idk... What version of magisk did you flashed?and what kind of error did you get? Bootloop or maybe Qualcomm crashdump? Or it is rebooting to recovery?
Kernel is pretty smooth but on the balanced profile the big core is at least 25%-30% on the top frequency just when browsing net or chatting WhatsApp. Normally smurf and holydragon doesn't act like this on balanced profile

DOWNLOAD KERNEL ZIP
Kernel Flasher/FKM download configs: oos | custom
(No mirrors please)
Setup and troubleshoot: To install just flash the zip on a stock setup with either TWRP or autoflash kernel app.
If you come from other kernel or have any issues, you should restore your stock boot.img/vendor_boot.img or dirty flash your ROM before flashing blu_spark zip to avoid problems. Also uninstall or clean data of any kernel control app you're using.
If you are upgrading between blu_spark versions, just flash the kernel zip.
About bugs and reports: don't bother to post if a log isn't ready or without steps so the behavior can be replicated. I only active support stock OOS ROM with NO mods whatsoever (apart from root). That includes NO support if using xposed, Magisk with added modules, etc.
If you're using custom ROMs (including stock based ones) and OOS Open Betas you're much on your own. I'm mostly interested on debugging stuff in stock and stable OOS.
Also try not to spam the thread with OT. There's threads for all kind of stuff, use them.
Going back to stock: This kernel installer doesn't change your filesystem. You can backup your boot.img/vendor_boot.img with TWRP or kernel app before flashing blu_spark if you want to go back to full stock or just dirty flash your full ROM.

OnePlus 9 Pro development unit donated by OnePlus. Big shouts to them
Very proud for being on the OnePlus Developer Program, special thanks to dev relations team.
blu_spark_r23 release
First blu_spark build for the OP9 series is up
This kernel is tested for the 9 Pro but it's unified, so should work for the OP9 also (need some fixes since code is broken). So backup you boot if you want to test and let me know
Kernel already have some merged goodies and I think I have a good base to work with. For a couple days of work, it's not bad
I'll take a look into more stuff to come, some things in OP are WIP. Stay tuned!
You can use FKM download kernel feature, just import the links bellow in the app.
FKM download configs: oos
Changelog:
Build with Google Clang 12.0.5 + LLD linker
Synchronize codes for OnePlus 9/Pro Oxygen 11.2.6.6.LE25AA
Several build error fixes and quirks handled
Compilation improvements an cruf removed
Some goodies already merged like filesystem stuff, cpu governor & boost/msm perf, TCP algos, wakelock blocker, vibration and haptic feedback control, gpu adrenoboost, etc
All drivers builtin, wifi stack and datarmmnet merged from CAF
net/wireguard: merge v1.0.20210424

Keep in mind: I will give no active support for custom ROMs (including OOS based ones).
I am mostly interested on debugging stuff in stock stable OOS (with logs and reproducible steps to replicate the issue).

Changed the one in OP but forgot the one in the release post xD
Just flashed and going to test on stock settings for the next 2 days! Thanks for this I ran your kernel on the 7t pro!
@eng.stk I think the kernel has the same issue as Omega had, wireless charging seems to stop at 95%
Dumped out some logs if it will help
EDIT : OK, Apparently I'm talking crap, just seemed to be charging slowly but did get to 100%

If you need to revert to stock, extract and flash it from the OTA update in the pinned thread (follow LineageOS's instructions on how to do that), or just flash the magisk patched one in that pinned thread.

I inject some runtime changes via Magisk systemless, so to get full stuff you need root.
