Genuine earphones - Huawei P9 Accessories

Bought my P9 second hand with no earphones as they guy had used them. Where can I pick up a set of genuine ones that come with the phone? Accessories for this device seem very limited compared to other phones.

well, my opinion is that, the headphone aren't very good. If you're audiophile enthusiasm, go and get a higher end one.

I'd agree there's nothing special about the genuine headphones, or the sound in general, I'm using some Samsung headphones which are not bad, but they sound.bad on this phone.

In the Netherlands i can just buy them online search online for: Huawei Stereo headset white AM-115

Well don't that man, that's what I have been looking for.

I don't listen to music, so I don't need them for that. I just like to have all the accessories that it comes with, rather pernickety on things like that.

I still have mine, I'd love to sell them to you. I haven't used them at all.
PM me.

Original hearphones are crap. Don't buy it.

Quick Lg Quadbeats 2 Thread

Hi guys, i was wondering if the purchase of these Boys was any good, and if so should i get them from here?
Thanks to anyone who answers!
I wouldn't recommend them... they propably sound as cheap as the "great" apple earpods... just buy in ear headphones from sennheiser or beyerdynamic for the same price... they will sound much better...
Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5 mit Tapatalk
Quadbeat 2 have realy good reviews on Head-Fi forum. If you're looking for a headphones with an in-line mic and remote control it's a good buy.
Check head fi forum and decide by yourself.

Hey thanks for all the answers, any recomendations for 30 dollar headphones if not the quadbeats? Also, did you recommend not buying the because you have tried them or just a thought?

these are my daily drivers, they are amazing for the price
http://www.amazon.com/SoundMAGIC-Noise-Isolating-In-Ear-Earphones/dp/B005HP3PNM/ref=pd_sim_e_2
After reading reviews, I bought a pair. They are very good! They are balanced and true to whatever you are playing. I got them for $25 and for that price, you can't go wrong!
Tanks to all who helped, tried a pair myself and decided to buy them, as they are awesome!!
Which ones. I have the regular quad beats and love them. Bought them from lg on eBay.

Are these wireless Bluetooth headphones good?

I've been looking for wireless headphones with just the wire and buttons like these are these good and worth buying for when playing basketball and just listening to music
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=141282096742&alt=web
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
I had some exactly like those that were under Plantronics name. I liked them very much. The only thing, if I remember correctly was the battery only giving you about 5 hours of continuous listening. But the sound was decent.

I don't see any mention of sweat/water resistance, so I'd be weary of using those for basketball or any activity where you'll be sweating.

These are the best hands down,I own them and since they are sweat proof and all for all sports they come with guarantee also.
http://www.jaybirdsport.com/bluebuds-x-bluetooth-headphones/
the jaybirds bluebuds x posted above are the best bluetooth available. i have them and also the bowers and wilkins c5 that are corded. naturally the corded ones sound better (no bluetooth and bowers and wilkins sound) but for full wireless the jaybirds sound awesome. only problem is getting a comfortable fit.
Oh ok thank you all for the help. I saw the Jay Birds before but I wasn't looking to pay that much because I already have the LG Tone plus but I just wanted headphones like these with just the wire and buttons. Maybe I might end up buying the Jay Birds headphones eventually I'm not sure yet though. Will those headphones work good for playing basketball?

I have the new Jabra Rox: http://www.amazon.com/Jabra-ROX-Wireless-Bluetooth-Earbuds/dp/B00IL7B2YM
and I'm really liking them. They are still pretty expensive, but a little cheaper than the jaybirds. I don't have the jaybirds, so I can't compare, but most of the reviews I read before I purchased the Rox said that they preferred the Rox to the jaybirds for sound quality. They are also water resistant so there won't be any worries about sweating with them.

Please recommend me a Bluetooth MONO headset for calls

Hi,
I spend a lot of time driving a car and I really need a wireless headset. I've had a couple of Sony Ericsson headsets in the past, they were OK-ish, but not that good. Call quality was so-so, sometimes they would fall out of my ear and so on.
Now I wanna buy a new headset. Is there a best buy model out there?
All I really need is good call quality, nothing fancy; I don't need it for music listening, I don't need it to read my SMS and so on. I just want a simple, yet effective bluetooth headset. Something which will allow me to hear the other person well and the other person to hear me well, all this in a car, so i guess some noise cancelling is preferable.
Please post your recommendations. Thanks

OnePlus launched New earphones by JBL

http://oneplus.net/jbl-e1-earphones
They will cost 40$.
Driver 9mm
Impedance 32Ω+/-15%
Maximum SPL105dB @ 5mW
Rated power input 5mW
Frequency 10Hz-22000Hz
Connector 3.5mm
Cable length 1.2m
http://youtu.be/7QV7Dd5FaRA
Looks really nice. I feel that people are going to mistake them for Beats because of the "tape" wire and the red but looks like a solid buy for ~$40.
The YouTube video is kind of a pointless ad. Doesn't even make any sense, just a mini video of punching.
But will they ever be available?
The video is really pointless IMO but I like the earphones, keeping aside the Red that reminds me of Beats. JBL quality beats Monster's (pun intended) any day of the week and at 40 USD it's a pretty solid buy.
Only thing is, I use stereo Bluetooth earphones
The brand seems to get good reviews of their sound and the design is sexy. I wish they'd come in more colours, but, the oneplus-red is quite nice too.
Trying to get a hold of the phone first, then would love a pair off these!
Release date?

I love Sennheiser, I have a pair of momentum and love them although I use my Sony MDR-1RMC for traveling on long flights. I find the Sony to be much more comfortable, I have biggish ears. My wife on the other hand had no problems with them even over long periods like on the flight to Texas from London for the F1
Why others don't have the adjustable jack angle I don't know, although I wish they didn't have the push and twist connection on the headphone side.

pistons are better
No delivery to Germany ...
Just got my e1+ today. They're actually not bad. Just needs some eq, see photo. This setting should be close to a flat response curve (to my ears at least). Each person's ears will vary.
My headphone arsenal: triple fi 10, grado sr80i, Sennheiser 560.
I think they're really great for $40, but I think they're worth $30. The plastic does feel a little cheap but then again, these aren't high end headphones. They do look durable, im planning on using these for running. The silicone tips are good but I changed them to comply tips.
The e1+ is focused more towards the mid and higher bass region. So it may sound dull. The higher treble frequencies are lacking. Good for songs with already high treble and bass heavy (eg techno, dubstep etc.) I listen to a lot if jazz and blues hence why my eq is setup this way.
If anyone is looking to getting this headphone, I say unless you can get a discount, look elsewhere.

They don't. The only reason why these are getting attention is because of the OnePlus name (which screams value) and the name brand that is JBL. They're nothing special.

Thanks for your feedback, I guess I will stick to pistons, I can buy 3 of those for the price of one. I prefer listening to real dedicated stereo system for music and only use earphones when I'm traveling.

DAC on HTC 10

SD820 built-in or third party
I've been wondering that myself
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Based on the specs alone, I have to imagine it is 3rd party. I've only seen specs listed though, not what manufacturer chip it is, so I can't say for sure.
Probably a 3rd party, otherwise every OEM that uses SD820 would brag about it.
It's got to be third party. It sounds WAAAY better than my S6, and that had a Wolfson.
Yeah. I have been googling it for sometime now. All results pointed to "24-bit Hi-Fi DAC" no branding. So I was just wondering why HTC doesn't mention it. V10 has bragged it has ESS Sabre 9018C2M. Is there a way we can confirm this by running an app and showing all the details.
We probably have to wait for tear down.

Hey can any of you audiophiles suggest a good pair of headphones that don't cost $3 or $4 Hundo? Do they have to be a special kind? I read something about hi-def but I just don't know enough.

I use Audio-Technica ATH-IM02, and it's great.
Would recommend to anybody who wants good sound quality headphones.
Using ScullCandy 50/50 in-ear (~ 40 EUR) as well as AKG Y50 on-ear (~ 80 EUR). Both with nice sound if one's not an absolute pro user.

ATH-M50x is the way to go if you value sound quality for all genres. Every audiophile would recommend those without hesitation. Best bang for buck balanced headphones for under $200. You can do more research on them if you do not believe me.

Sony MDR-V6 is cheaper than most of the ones mentioned so far, and they're the ones that the sound engineer who recorded and mixed the music you're listening to probably used.
Frequency response: http://graphs.headphone.com/graphCompare.php?graphType=0&graphID[]=1513&graphID[]=4313&scale=35
But, the DSP on the 10 should be able to do a decent job compensating for differences in frequency response. Check out the difference in harmonic distortion between the two (Flatter line outside of the spike at 500Hz is better).

One of so many reasons I will buy this beast is because of the DAC. I already have the NAD VISO HP50 to pair it with.

I'm a little crazy I use Denon AH-D7000 and a pair of Sennheiser HD600. Not cheap...especially the first one I mentioned.
I'm using it with the Audio-Technica ATH-R70X as its daily driver. It sounds absolutely wonderful with the phone.

Knowing your price range, music styles, and style headphone you like would make it easier.
For over-ear closed-back headhones around 100 bucks ATH-M50X
For over-ear open-back headphones around 100 bucks Sennheiser HD-598 or Grado SR-80i
For in-ear around 100 Sony XBAH1
If you want to go cheaper:
Beyerdynamic DTX 350p
These are my current heapdhones:
hifiman re400 $80
fostex t50rp mk3 $150

I'm betting the 820 with EQ tweaks. Otherwise they would shout from the mountaintop about the DAC hardware.
Are there any high end in-ear phones with a microphone? Can't stand the hassle of answering a phone call while listening to music in wired headphones without a mic.
