Softbricked Unlocked i317, mount error in phillz recovery, Bootloop, ODIN fail - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II

I have an unlocked i317 with Phillz recovery installed! One day, I wake up and see my phone stuck at bootloop, when I dint do anything at all!
Present State:
Stuck at boot loop
Can Enter Download mode
Can Enter Phillz Recovery Menu (Pre installed as my device is secondhand), but shows following errors:
Could not mount /data to setup /data/media path
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install
Actions tried till now:
Failed to install zip from recovery, gives above stated errors again
Succeed ADB DEVICES in recovery mode
Failed ADB SHELL SU (not found such command in its library)
Failed to flash TWRP via ODIN (Complete (Write) Operation Failed)
Failed to flash Stock ROM via ODIN (same as above)
Failed ADB FASTBOOT DEVICES in download mode
If anyone suggest any remedial measure to bring this phone back to working state, I'd be highly obliged!
PS: Thanking one who is Angel for me, @metafizik! Dude, You deserve a million thanks for being a patient buddy to help me with this!

When trying to flash a stock rom, did you try different usb cables and usb ports?
Did you confirm the model number in download mode?

I think it's Hail Mary time. See your PM for info using Heimdall and pit file. I have put what you need on the ftp server. ~metafizik

I had this happen with mine once and had to flash older version stock ROM & Pit .from there I had no signal, after rooting & philz...flashed new modem..then updated to updated ROM. Oh and mine also failed adb until I got a new battery. Also I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall drivers on computer...both Sammy & Heimdall.

Looks promising thanks for putting this up! I look forward to seeing if this successfully works on the various types of bricks.
Edit: Not sure what's up with your links or hosting, but yeah...doesn't work, just ads, then redirect to ....another ad. No download.
Edit2: Ok I've tried 6 times, no download, and I should mention links like this are frowned upon by XDA Mods, so you may want to switch to a host that doesn't require going through steps to get to the download, like dev-host. Looks like now I can't go past unless I sign up for something, which I may or may not agree with, which is kind of forcing users. Or I'm blind and not seeing it, always an option too lol

yes you can do this
In my case it does not serve for anything. Because as it does not recognize me the tablet by any means. The usb does not even sound when I connect it .... it is a pity, tomorrow a messenger comes to take her to him to the SAT. but thanks for the work
I have a photo of the current condition of the tablet, but they do not stop me to place external links...
I made a little video maybe this helps

This won't get any farther then any other current method on a locked boot loader. This is for those having issues with recovery not responding so a rom install isn't possible.
What kind of brick do you have? There's a few kinds now.
Tapatalked from my Galaxy S II.
I don't know what type it is if I had to guess I would call it a complete brick but fastboot works (locked mode) and it sometimes will work with adb (also in locked mode)
The last step...

E:Can't mount /sdcard/cm9-7-9-B29-a100-PM.zip

That md5 error is normal, and isn't causing the install to fail, its the pretty much brick status your device is in that's causing that. Basically all those errors are saying you have no partitions on your device, so it can't do anything until that's corrected.
any idea where to start or how to get it back so i can return under waranty

Get it back how? Acer knows of the problem so just use the warranty.
Edit: sorry just realized what you meant. Sorry but no in its bricked state you can't restore it back to normal. You could try to fast boot the stock recovery and adb the stock boot loader, but it may or may not work. Doing any if the Modding voids the warranty anyways.

[Q] I think I bricked my KF

Ok people so I think I F***** up royaly. I had my KF for months now and swaps plenty of roms on i butthe other night I was flashing a rom and accidently erased everything off the KF. Now it won't boot flashed rom. It says installaton success but follows with e: cannot load or something in that effect. I finally got my computer to recognize KF and mount but it won't boot custom rom. it'll either stay stuck on the triangle screen, back to TWRP or boot but screen stays black. Idk what else to do . I tried dozens of things and I feel that my head is going to explode. Please someone help.
Btw when using KFU I get
ABD status offline

GTi9195 bootloop and Recovery problem

my S4 Mini is stuck in a bootloop
i can get to recovery screen which is CWM 6.0.4.8 but no commands work they all produce the following errors
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install
i therefore cannot wipe or reformat the caches, or do factory reset, or load ROM from a ZIP file.
i can also get into Download mode and i have used Odin to flash a number of different ROMS; stock ROM for my Carrier, Stock ROM for unlocked UK and Cyanongenmod. In each case it looked to by uploading correctly and Odin reported success but it did not fix bootloop
i also tried to upload different versions of CWM but although Odin reported upload successful the version of CWM I have never changed and the error remained.
i tried briefly with Heimdall but could never seem to find the files i needed in the format that Heimdall requires
ADB seems to talk to the phone but i'm not sure what i'm doing with it.
Fastboot will not "see" the phone.
can someone suggest how i can proceed. i don't care about keeping any data on the phone i just want a working phone back
thanks in advance

Try to use a new recovery, cwm 6.0.5.1 for example.

EDIT: I Always flash using Heimdall under Linux, try flash stock ROM with Odin, and flash 2 Recovery with Odin, same problem!!

[Q] Stuck on CWM recovery, can't install zip or flash with ODIN

Long history: I was using Ivan_Meler CM 13.1 ROM for ~ 3 months, which was very stable. Last week I downgraded from build 10 to build 9 with only dirty flash and everything was working fine, just some occasionally FC. Then one night I left my phone ran on very low battery and when I woke up I found my GT-N7100 stuck on Samsung boot logo.
I'm still able to access ODIN download mode. When I get into recovery mode (CWM Philz Touch v6.26.6), I immediately get this messages:
E: could not mount /data to setup /data/media path!
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E: can't mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E: can't open /cache/recovery/last_install
What I've tried so far:
1. Restore Nandroid backup (KOT49H.N7100UBUFNK1) using CWM
->>>>> got E: format_volume: make_ext4fs failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p13
2. Flash, using both adb sideload and ODIN:
Stock ROM 4.3 (N7100UBUEMK4_N7100ZTOEMK3_ZTO) and 4.4 (N7100UBUFNK1_N7100ZTOFNK1_ZTO), downloaded from Sammobile
->>>> got "NAND write fail" on ODIN and
->>>> on adb sideload the file loads 100% but I got "error:closed" and after "failed to write data 'protocol fault (no status)' "
3. Flash only the hidden.img of the stock ROM's mentioned above, I got "PASS" on ODIN but after phone gets stuck on boot Samsung logo
Tried this guide, using stock 4.1.2 (N7100XXDLJ2_OXA_FACTORY) with and without re-partition
->>>> got "NAND write fail" as well.
So I have ran out of options can anybody please help :crying::crying::crying: I really like my Note 2 and I don't have money to buy a new phone right now.

Try flashing the latest stock rom using a different USB cables, different versions of Windows, and different USB ports. If none of these work, the memory chip may be damaged.
