Changing icons in retrorika icon pack. Very few to choose from - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Anybody use the retrorika icon pack? Some icons are really horrible. Like the sms icon is a round circle with 3 dots not an envelope. When i hold on the icon it gives me a brush which allows me to ser icons but sheesh i dont see more 40 icons and most are icons of the alphabet letters. Something is weird.
Any help appreciated

I dont know what launcher im using actually. How would i check this? I somehow got the ixon pack to chnage my icons on the pages.

...

No one?

Dahell...

Man, to use icon pack you need custom launcher such as Nova or Action Launcher, if you are not sure what launcher you use then you probably have stock. Install mentioned launcher from Google Play and change icons in options.

Thank u. I have the icons up. The issue is the icons for some apps make no sense. The sms icon is a round icon with 3 dots. Id like to change it to an envelope but dont have that option. It says theres options for hundreds of icons but i dont see it

xperia arc notifcation bar and homescreen help

Ok so i have a few questions about the stock homescreen. I was wondering if it was possible for the wallpaper to not move as you scroll pages? Also.. the buttons on the bottom like the appdrawer? How can we change it.... It looks terrible and never matches any theme.
Notfication bar wise how can we hide certain things in the notification bar. such as like the hdmi notification. Or like able to hide when you get a message up there. Currently i have a message pop up wigit that doesnt not go away, So everytime i get a message i have notifications at the top....
any ideas would be great. I have been using launcher pro.... then adw ex.... but i still like the original home screen....
For the soft buttons use folder organiser or desktop visualizer, and an icon pack, both let you create custom shortcuts to use in lieu of the stock icons. Re static wallpaper, an app called picspeed has a huge range and an inbuilt wallpaper setting for that. Message settings gives the option not to show in status bar.

if u use launcher pro in settings disable wallpaper scrolling and for changing d icons use adw launcher ...long press d icon n go to edit n change d icons wit d adw icons package...
install adw icons package from market...
I know how to make new icons or what ever but you can't change the app drawer. It goes away and a garbage can takes its place. The rest of the apps I can do. But the app drawer won't budge. I don't want to use lol... Or adw. I have both and like them. I would like to use time scape widget. Both of those you can't.
Sent from my LYcra using XDA App
The drawer icon can be changed, but you need to decompile the launcher apk, edit it and recompile it. Festa20s rom has a custom drawer icon, you could pm him. Or use apk tool.

picspeed is awesome. you can pick a photo using the app and make it unscrollable. then choose your own wallpaper the normal way it would still have the nonscrolling

[Q] Replacing ICONs

Is it possible to replace the button icons with different images? For example depending on the theme you have the Mms icon is different. How can I chose just the icon I want out of the them instead of the whole theme?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=824656
This thread has a bunch of icon packs you can download and it also tells you how to change the icons on your homescreen, dock and Appdrawer.
Hope this helps.
Which button(s) are you referring too? If it's on the home screen or dock it's fairly simple when using Go Launcher EX.
Simply long press the icon , wait for the pop-up menu, choose replace and you'll have the option to select Default icon, Theme's Icon or Custom icon.
If it's in the app drawer then it's a little harder as the icons are set within the theme package itself and as far as I know there is no way to change just one icon from here on the fly.
Thanks g4me0v3r.

Help finding ics holo icons for apps

Does anyone know of an icon set similar to the default white icons. I want to add custom apps to my nav bar and would prefer them to be all matching.

I use those, they are ICS blue not white though.
Yeah I saw those but I am wanting to add the phone app to my navbar and the default icon sticks out.

Icons an nova

Hello!
I'm using nova launcher and...it would really be grate, if i could define the transparency of all the icons on all my homescreens.
I know how to disable the icon names, but i would like to have, nearly, transparent icons...
Is that able on my s3 with nova?

I can only think of a couple options for this. Either find a compatible icon theme with transparency in playstore (nova, apex, adw icon packs should all work), or make your own icons and and edit your shortcuts one by one.
Of course you could always request this as a feature to be added by the dev. Here is the nova thread:

edit: Here are round transparent icons - the closest I can find to what you are looking for

Some launchers e.g. Smart Launcher have a option to normalize icons. OP launcher is missing this option as far as I know.
How about some unified Icon Pack e.g. Whicons?
Icon Pack alone should fix the size problem.
