Relocking was a bad idea, you just ran out of all options.
I'm not sure if there is any way around enabling OEM unlocking.
Try the previous suggestion.

Snapdragons are truly unbrickable. But I'm not sure I know enough to help.

I'm fairly sure fastboot boot <image> doesn't even work if the bootloader is unlocked on the op3.
Also, it looks like recovery did get flashed.
Try rebooting to recovery?
Power off by holding power button, then hold vol down + power.
Then if you are booted into stock recovery, just side load the stock ROM.

[Q] HOX Locked! and security warning (I was using viperX)

Well, I have a problem. I am using viperx, with my phone unlocked, obviously. I was listening to music when it suddenly reboot. It runs in bootloader. And... with a message LOCKED and security warning. I dont know what happened. It was in my car holder, I didn´t touch anything... If I reboot, it says for a second "this build is for development purposes only. Do not distribute outside of htc without htc's written permission. Failure to comply may lead to legal action". Then back to the bootloader.
The phone was perfectly cold when it reboots...

I would try to charge it using the charging script.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1738274
As your phone doesn't start up / boot at all there might be something completely different that's messed up, I'm guessing it's faulty hardware that has first caused your phones software to go haywire and now the phone simply won't start. You could try the charging-script above but I'd probably go for the warranty, HTC might be a bit tricky about that though.
well his phone says locked and not relocked, the only thing there is the security warning, but i guess he can claim never to have rooted the phone.
i´m not sure about it though
Unlock again.
Well, yesterday night, I left the phone plugged to the wall carger. During the night, It starts (don´t know why) and entered bootloader. Unfortunatelly, I was too slept to try anything...
HTC wont take it to the SAT till monday, so any ideas will be really appreciated!

Rooted Elephone P8000 stucks at Boot Logo after OTA Update

Hi there,
The phone is rooted.
I've proceeded with the latest update today (~12mb size), don't remember the exact version.
It said it fixes some system bugs, etc.
After the update installed the phone won't load, stucks on the changing color logo.
Cannot access the recovery mode option in the boot menu (Vol+Power), says "no command", if press and hold Vol+ and Power again the phone restarts and enter the boot logo again.
Has anyone ideas how this can be fixed?

See http://forum.xda-developers.com/elephone-p8000/help/boot-loop-ota-upgrade-t3246203.
Post #16 describes how get into recovery from the 'no command' screen, and my post #12 describes how I managed to get it flashed using the SP Flashtool.
(Note my point no,5 - all I needed to do is press 'Download' first, THEN attach the powered off phone.)
Good luck!

Thanks a lot fot pointing this out.
Managed to get the recovery options menu.
However wiping the cache didn't help.

Oooh. Brighter minds than mine might correct me, but I think the bootloop is only fixed with a ROM flash

Actually, what you need to do is format the data partition or write the empty data.img file over the data partition which in effect does the same thing. And the later one is also what happens when your download entire rom using sp flash.

In that case you probably need to flash the system.img and maybe even the boot.img from the latest rom. Elephone really should stop sending out these broken OTAs...

I didn't read official forum. However you do loose your warranty if device is rooted, thus the device manufacturer owes you nothing. OTA worked fine before I rooted my device.
Btw, I got my phone back to life by re-flashing the entire ROM, just in case.

The only thing you need to do is reinstall the añl the system with spflashtool. Never and remember never you can update any android with a ota if you are a rooted user.
If you speak spanish you can search in the youtube channel AndroidMxL to ser how you can reinstall the original ROM on your android.

Bricked G4 h815, bootloader locked after flashing a new ROM

Hello, today i flashed one of the new nougat stock roms. The first boot was fine, everything worked perfectly . But after rebooting I've got the "your device is corrupt. it cannot be trusted and it may not work properly" message, and it wont boot anymore. I cant go into recovery and i cant go into download mode because i get the same the same message and the phone reboots. i can only access the fastboot mode for bootloader unlock, and apparently that my bootloader is now locked. So I've tried to unlock the bootloader again, but it says "Wrong Bootloader Unlock key". Anyone has any idea?

I have the exact same problem and to be honest I think we are f*****. I haven't found any way to re-unlock the bootloader since it seems that the unlock.bin doesn't match with the Device-ID anymore.
This is an IMEI problem. It goes to 0, so the unlock.bin no longer works. I also had this message but my phone was still booting. So I was able to solve the problem.
But you, you can not start your phone, so I do not know how to fix your problem. Sorry

No it isn't an IMEI problem, I can reboot my phone and I can access the download mode to flash a KDZ which I did.
EDIT: Oh but I just see in the settings that my IMEI indeed turned into a zero... I do have a TWRP backup of my IMEI.
I quess it's a better idea to make my own G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting thread for help.

Hhmm maybe you aren't totally lost, you can access Fastboot mode right, so how have you tried to access the Download mode? You pressed the Volume up button and connected your device with a USB?
It seems you have the same problem as I had, your IMEI turned into a "0", that's why your unlock.bin fails to flash. Just try to access the Download mode for a couple of times, maybe with a but of luck it wil boot into Download mode eventually.
Is there a way to change imei on nougat? Because i cant go in download mode to downgrade to mm

We all have the same problem at this point I know that we either hold the smartphone so or we send it to assistance but considering that it is not covered by warranty do not know how long it is

Try this method to live your download mode - https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/...lcomm-t3452853
You can try a last attempt before you give up if you can not fix it: write an email to [email protected] explains the problem that you've updated to nougat beta and now your bootloader has re-locked and your imei is set on 0 and so the unlock.bin file does not work, try to see if they send you a working one, yesterday I wrote the email and they also answered me asking for more info but I have now solved the problem. Attach the device id and a photo of the back of the phone where the imei is written. Try it

I nor xda will be held responsible for anything that may happen to your phone
You are choosing to install this yourself and thus take full responsibility for any/all risks involved.
MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE DOING ANYTHING
---------------------------------------------------------------
For that 2 things are necessary to be unlocked OEM lock and Bootloader
---------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. Tab 7 times on build number and unlock Developer options
2. unlock Oem Lock
and done
---------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------
This will wipe your internel sd
1. Turn of your device
2. now press volume up + down and connect to pc using usb cable ( you shoud be able to view download mode screen )
3. now there would be a 3 option too in between to unlock bootloader make sure to click the 2nd option
That will unlock your bootloader
Once Bootloader Wpes Your Internel Boot into System And Setup your Device
1. Make sure it is connected to the internet or the rmm triggers to prenormal
2. Setup the phone without google account
---------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. Get your Recovery from here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-a50/development/recovery-twrp-galaxy-a50-t3916199
Thanks to @geiti94
2. Turn off your device ( Be Sure You Have OEM UNLOCKED AND BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED )
3. Volume up + power and get into stock recovery mode
4. Wipe Data
5. Directly boot into Download Mode
8. Select TwrpRecovery.Tar into Ap
9. Now keep pressing volume up + power to boot into twrp
6. Flash encryption zip from here (make sure its in your micro sd card)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-a50/development/recovery-twrp-galaxy-a50-t3916199
Thanks to @geiti94
7. Select reboot > into recovery and let system boot
8. if it reboots again then keep pressing volume up + power and boot into recovery and then reboot > recovery
---------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE : NEVER EVER REBOOT NORMALLY OR YOU LOOSE TWRP AND SYSTEM WONT BOOT ,
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU USE VOL UP + POWER TO BOOT INTO TWRP AND SELECT REBOOT > RECOVERY
---------------------------------------------------------------
Few Things To Note and Take Care of :highfive:
press volume up + power till you see bootloader screen to boot into rooted system
if you dont press it you will boot into unrooted screen
if you keep pressing it after bootloader screen you will boot into twrp

Is there any way how I can fix this? or any other way to root this Samsung a50.

I also tried using other version of firmware but none of it passed the samsung logo screen which has a yellow triangle warning below it.
I tried pressing vol up
I tried pressing vol up + power
but it won't boot twrp
tried pressing vol down + power then it will reboot then press vol up + power as soon as it turns off but still it doesn't work.
Please help me cause I really want to root my phone. Thanks in advance <3

What do you mean flash magisk? Is it flashable via Odin? or Just TWRP? coz I can't boot my device to twrp so I won't be able to flash magisk via TWRP.
@Er. Aditya any luck with fastboot mode? Want to enter an ADB command without damaging warranty and OTA. Thanks.

Also, i have a question. So i've rooted my xiaomi note 5 with magisk, and i wanted to do the same with my main phone, and now i cant unlock my phone because i dont want my data lost (the apps are the most important and i have all my other data backed up) and i came across mediatekbootloaderunlock and im just wondering is it patched or does it still work? because if it works then im definitely rooting my phone.

It actually worked, and now my phone is unlocked. So i flashed orangefox and i cant seem to boot into it. When i try the combination (power and volume+) it just vibrates and goes back to system. i tried fastboot boot but it didnt work.

This has happened to me too. What I did was that after several attempts I managed to get into twrp and reboot the phone into fastboot via twrp. I know it sounds logical, but try to connect the phone to the computer and hold the power off button and click the volume up button several times. Try it several times, it always works. Via Orange Fox, reboot the phone into fastboot and install the stock rom when you are in fastboot mode. I hope it helps you.. good luck
