I want to create a theme, mainly to darken the dialer. I want to create an effect that is the same as the attached screenshot which is the incall screen.
Does anyone know if this has already been achieved?

The effect you can see is a radial blur centered around the contact photo on top of a picture. I dont know that someone did this but u could just do it urself.
I need Note 7 system ui with this criteria:
*S finder And Quick Connect
*Centered Clock and date on lockscreen
*Call/phone shortcut on lock screen (I'm not like to use capuccino users because my screen lock PIN will not working on it)
