Installation Instruction
Step 1: Download my ROM and copy it on SD card
Step 2: Reboot and press Volume UP+DOWN buttons to enter the custom recovery
Step 3: Wipe
Step 4: Install the ROM

Yes,tron kernel works.but you need to repack boot.img of this rom,place tron kernel,repack and flash it.i dont think that tron kernel made for other roms will work on it.however you may test it by yourself with the one made for cm13.please let me know if it works.

BT works perfectly even audio through BT speakers works flawlessly. Not sure about free RAM, but the ROM doesn't lag. One of the best ROMs I've used , but its too soon to say I guess.

Bluetooth works fine.
You will get enough free ram,and am expecting it to be lagless too.many tweaks regarding the same are included.

How did you get the Tron kernel to work?? I flashed the one ported for CM 13 and it just stays in the RR logo. Can you provide the link where you got the kernel?

Maybe you just flashed the image from the cm13 thread.
Try flashing from gamoding, because cm13 thread one has few modifications by hdhr.
If that doesn't work, you can try repacking your own kernel

The only Tron Kernel in Gamoding for CM13 is the one by HDHR.. So are you referring to this one?
Also I don't know how to repack kernel. So flashing is my best option.

Tried this one. But I'm stuck in the Resurrection Remix Logo. Will try this in your Pac-Man and report there if it works. I'm really hoping you can make one specific for this ROM because charging time in other kernels is really slow compared to Tron. Thanks!

Information: Aside from the charging rate ( which Tron dominates in), if you set your CPU governor as conservative on daredevil kernel, then battery backup is quite good. Also charge rate is not bad on this one (maybe just a placebo to me because I have never used daredevil for more than an hour until this ROM)

At least I feel this ROM like a gift. Because I was just talking to @HDHR about rr status. I was so desperate for it that I asked him to make his own build

Bro, SD card formatted as internal.
My file explorer shows SD card nicely.
But the music app doesn't detect any music.
Tried to take screenshot of it, but screenshot is giving error, says no space. Help.

try doing a factory reset or format internal too with TWRP.it is supposed to fix the SS bug

-Make sure you are rooted.
-Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP, CWM, Philz CWM)
-Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
-Boot into recovery.
-Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
-Flash Bliss Rom

As you all know, Lollipop is new and there are going to be bugs.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Bluetooth Streaming / Transfer issues on some devices.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

Battery Life u need to test lol
Not Necessary steps remain same when u installed CM12 but Clean Install

cpu all the same and some advanced options. GPU - controll the speed of it max and min(mhz)
After going trough all of the options i took 30 minutes. This is ****ing awesome... <3 @jackeagle

Well in the credits - Rox for cm12. So probably updates will come out when rox updates cm source.
No service message in lockscreen, but network is OK.

Google play services wouldn't work with the gapps zip file in OPs 1st post, but works fine after flashing Slim gapps zip.http://slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/dlsearch/viewcategory/1251-addons/downloads
Still getting use to LP, after using JB for such a long time, it'll take me some time to get use to it, but the dark theme helps.

Yes, for the moment it work nice. i'll install my usuals apps, in some days i'll report how to working it.
Tempting to install but I'm on safestrap.
great rom will report back if theres any more issues as long as i had it on my gnex for 5mins i did accure some freezes in browser but nothing more than that fast and responsive

Void your warranty? It's a nexus, just flash a clean factory image and relock the bootloader.... Warranty intact.

It batterybar, a small error, why it is disabled in the settings does not appear on the tablet. You can turn it off in Settings - Configure - StatusBar - BatteryBar - Battery Bar location - Top of navbar

There is only one file in the Link 01/08 build. Cannot find 01/10. Just about to take the plunge too. eek

as with any CM based ROM, make sure to get a GPS lock just before flashing the rom.
Root?
you must enable root access by going to settings, developer options and then selecting root access.
Contacts Storage
You'll just have to restart the phone as it tries to deal with contacts the first time. I've read it is due to using to large of a gapps package, but I tried pico and it still happened. Just hold the power button down until the phone restarts and that will get you past it for now until they tweak that.
Camera issue?
I've read on CM13 threads that some users encounter problems with the camera, if you do the work around is to download a 3rd party camera. There are a number of them in the play store.

My nephew has been running it for a day now and he hasn't had the sim or Bluetooth issues you're referencing.
This is based off of CM with RR dev's modifications.

I tried to covert this sd to internal storage but it says corrupted should it be in fat 32 before reformat? When its in exfat it still reads it.

Maybe i'll try again. I factory reset several times and wiped everything but external sd card 4 times before flashing the first time. Checked my MD5 and that was good, so not a bad download. using TWRP to flash ... I'm at a loss as to why I got that error.

Installation Instructions

- Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset

Great.... Thank You... I have tried Skypol0's ROM... It is awsome but still doesn't have the camera and fingerprints working... what about this ROM? Does it include all features?....

Thanks for the support, can anyone confirm that the brightness slider is not working as well as sensors. This was something I didn't check last night. I will sort out if the issue and recompile.

Good news! I love RR, I didn't longer believe that will be possible on the Mate 8.
Thanks for this awesome rom, it's highly customizable and I like it a lot. But, The Sleep of Death bug still there and it's not in cm anymore.

Well, I just installed it few hours ago, so far, battery and performance are good.
Of course this rom is not for daily use, after all, it's alpha, but I like it a lot, added many features than cm did, and I'm still testing it.

I sold my S7, so I'm keeping my eye on Mate 8. Will this ROM have support for Dual SIM variant?

Yes it does have support for 2 SIM cards
UPDATE: Deep Sleep bug has been fixed, currently working on brightness and sensors. So far not sure on what is causing the issue, if i cant figure it out over the weekend i will release a new build with just deep sleep fixed.
