Yeah... Only the LTE version (9195) has NFC. It a hardware thing, not software.

Depends on Samsung / Your region / and if its a network specific variant, your network vendor. Hard to answer. Since you got the 9192 dual sim, there's no alternative ROM development. You just have to wait patiently and see what happens.

T805 isn't carrier locked and the root solution is posted all over this forum. Just take a look.
