Hello, yesterday I downloaded an icon pack, then I went back to the original one, and now I have square folders and its annoying me more than I thought.
Any ideas on how to go back?

There are a few things i dont want or need, such as Photo Dialer...useless to me. How can i remove them?
Damn it, i need a little help. I installed Kavana's 6.1. Everything is flawless, but i tried installing the weather thing on the today screen and it screwed everything up. Does anyone have a vanilla sliding panel home file? Just like the one you get from installing Kavana's?
Uninstall Weather and it will go back to normal!

No it didnt. Now i have nothing on my home screen. only Start and Contacts on the bottom.

Have you rebooted after getting the blank screen?
Yah I was in the same boat and it uninstalled everything so I did not have the sliding panel so I just reflashed my phone which sucked.

Thats what i wanted to avoid. So what i did was uninstalled and rebooted, then chose the "Sliding Panel" by itself and it seems to have worked. No more weather stuff for me. It seems to overwrite the Sliding Panel Theme.
I am trying to figure out how to get my top bar to either be transparent, or black. Also when i go into NRG weather 3.0 options, the text is in cursif, as well as text in other places on the phone, totally unreadable. Anyone know how i can fix these two problems? Sorry if its been answered before, but i have searched, as well as just browsed 1000 posts for hours, cant seem to find a solution. Thx in advance for any help!

Yah I know, I still love this phone over the G1, only thing I wish this phone had was more Ram and of course 3G... that would seal the deal on the phone if it had that...
Fonts worked great! Thanks alot. However i cannot figure out how to delete the CHome_Iconbar_background file. Cannot delete it on the phone, or from the computer. I tried to turn off the iconbar and then delete, and that still didnt seem to work.

Which ROM you using? Guessin Ricky since then it would make sense you can't delete it since it's in the ROM.
If not then turn off the media Top Bar restart then try and delete.

Well i found ONE background that would make the bar transparent! So looks good now, not exactly what i wanted, but not bad. Now once i figure out how everyone gets the weather apps integrated with clock/date tab ill be all set

I was actually thinking last night b4 i went to bed that your Wallpaper was not the correct size as you had a green top and your selection on the second image was green, Glad you got it sorted.

Very interesting question, all i found so far is one for Symbian...
I accidentally replace the App Drawer shortcut on my middle dock icon with my cam, how do I get the App Drawer shortcut back? I tried resetting AWD but its still there!

i did the same. seems to be a new 'feature' of ADW located at Menu -> Settings -> ADW -> UI Settings -> Main Dock Style
i was able to get the desired center icon back by toggling to a 3 button bar then back to a 5 button bar. you could also try restoring a prior adw backup.

the issue is I'm already using 5 button layout so when i change to 3 and then back to 5 it does not give me any empty slots because there all use up. I do not want to do a nandroid backup for something as silly as this.. theres gotta be a easier way.

Drop it where ever you want.

I bet you did it while trying to trash a shortcut , instinctively the drag goes to the old location of the trash can. Happened to me twice and was able to correct it like neckface described it.

Is there any way to get rid of the applications icon in the dock? Or at leat move it into the middle or change it's icon? Are there any apps that can replace the TWlauncher dock or anything? It's doing my head in, I'm going for a black & white look but those colorful icons are ****ing it all up, and I'm not keen on any other launcher.

I have tried it while rooted in different ways and it doesn't seem to work. I know I can install a custom ROM and be on my way but I wanted to know about stock. Thanks!

I just freeze the app and unfreeze it when i am done

I used an app I usually use to crop photos precisely when setting wallpapers, it turns out to be able to set lockscreen wallpaper as well. When you hit apply it asks lockscreen or home screen pretty simple.
