1) Do hard reset
2) Unlock using GCPROKEY twice. You should use update42 to unlock ls992. Update45 does not work properly.
3) Disable Firmware auto update.
4) Under APN settings make sure "APN TYPE" is set to "default" (do not leave it blank).
5) Enjoy

Thank you very much. But i updated it to Android 7 and now i don't know wnet to wait the unlock. Do u have any ideas?

You should ask GCPROKEY developers when tool will support ZV8.

I know. But i don't have GCPROKEY. I have OCTOPUS BOX only. So i asked them, but they don't know when will realize it.

I do not have GCPRO. And it's not only about software, it's hardware usb dongle. You can buy it but it's too expensive for one use =)
@asadnow2k have it but service will cost some buck$

Is there a way to enable "Ok google" at every screen without rooting or unlocking bootloader?

There's no need to root to make that feature work...
Seems many people r nt able to enable it..

If you are not rooted ,pl.tell me what steps you have followed?
I have moto e ...non rooted but i can use ok google from any screen and even from lock screen
just follow these steps
1) open google now
2) tap on 3 dots
3) go in settings
4)select voice
5) select language - English US
remember to select US.
6) again come in voice
7) click on "ok google detection"
8) tick all 3
9) Finish up the process (say ok google 3 times until the green tick comes )
10) enjoyyyyy

This feature is now officially available in india for moto e.
i tried to root this phone with towelroot, purpledrake and ioroot. unfortunately, it all didn't work. I am wondering if theres any root update on this? also, this phone support fdd-lte but i believe there's a carrier lock. is there anyway i can unlock it? thanks a lot

go to there thread ask if they would consider you and they will probably provide you a tool to check your device (needs to run between 1 and 2h) then they will add it to stump

Have you tried StumpRoot? When all else fails stump usually works or at least it did for my F460S. If you can't brute force it then just message the devs. I'm sure they will be happy to help out.

Yes SIM is Unlocked regardless of IMEI status. Check with your provider and ask if they "Network Block" your IMEI
I already use a s5 with bad imei for sprint but work with my carrier (overseas) , so i guess that is the same with the s6.
Maybe next monday i should tell u if it work

Some are getting Red X that means what?
This will NOT work in the US. Outside of the US, it'll work on any compatible GSM network, even if the IMEI is bad in the US, since the US blacklist only applies here

NO. Tested. I think anytime you lose, you can try it again, that's no problem to consider. I think you should save your time to think about saying Thanks and donate for developers're work.

I have a Boost Mobile S6 that I'm trying to get to work on AT&T. I followed the OP instructions, but it's still not working.
What steps do I take to "change CSC to SPR" ?
I changed sales_code to XAS and rebooted and it didn't make the mobile settings available ...
Any help is appreciated, as I appear to be stuck with a Boost S6 that won't work on AT&T.

Iam going to buy a second hand s6 edge from this guy In Saudi Arabia (my current location) but he says that he bought it from US from t mobile and its locked so he cant call with it!

I think your mobile operator needs to enable it for your number/SIM. At least that's what they had to do for me to be able to use VoLTE here in Belgium.

Nope. I called T-Mobile and said it's automatically enabled for everyone and that my problem is from my side.
Works fine here (France) also just by typing *#*#86583#*#* as long as it is enabled on carrier side.
Maybe you can ask again to T-Mobile to check the activation ?
