Do you mean you reach "download mode"?
Press power + vol down until you reach download mode, then choose reboot to bootloader, then from bootloader choose reboot to recovery.
Tell me what happens.

after chose reboot to recovery. phone restart and again show bootloader mode i click again reboot to recovery again same i think this recovery not match to my phone twrp-3.0.2-6-pme.img

Disregard. Not putting recovery in the right folder. Little mistakes make me lol.
Edit again, this recovery doesn't work for me. I flash it but when trying to get in to it, it just bootloops once then boots up normal.
Do you have the L09 variant?
It works for me, that's strange.

Yes I have the L09. I tried flashing it several times and each time, it bootloops once then boots up normal.
Just use my tool. So you can then flash the custom Rom.

that fixed in comparison with previous builds ?

Does this CWM recovery handle mounting encrypted partition?

Just flash magisk.zip with recovery and everything would be ok. So install now magisk.zip and after that go to twrp and flash and you're done.
1. Flash recovery via PC
2. After flash recovery unplug cable than MANUALY (dont use pc command in cmd!!!!) restart into recovery (in fastboot use volume +/- button)
3. Flash Magisk
4. Reboot to recovery
5. Done

trying to boot into recovery mode and getting "no command"

unlock bootloader and retry that step untill you can get custom recovery.
I mean, you may need to reflash recovery image many times.

Done this several times, but I didn't use hard buttons, instead i used fastboot boot recovery.img command to reboot to recovery after flashing recovery. I also tried rebooting to recovery from twrp without problem, but after rebooted to system, twrp reverted to stock recovery, everytime.
I didn't have this problem with MIUI 10.3.1.0 with the same TWRP.
edit : I'm using TWRP 0330 btw, and somehow there was no swipe to allow modification confirmation when the phone rebooted to twrp for the 1st time after flashing twrp.
Wonder why.

Tks, but I don't have problem with TWRP 0330, it works fine, including touch screen, the problem is TWRP get replaced by Stock Recovery everytime I boot my my phone to system.
I don't want to root my phone, just like to have TWRP recovery around so I can use it to flash hosts file for ads blocking and some other things.
Someone told me i need to flash lazyflasher...I'm going to do it later ..

Boot to recovery through fastboot and then flash the image or the zip through TWRP, then to flash it reboot again to TWRP before to boot up to system.

Tried that too, actually more, boot to recovery from fastboot with fastboot boot recovery.img command and also hard button, boot to recovery from twrp recovery, flash recovery.img, boot to twrp recovery again twice, but stock recovery still came back.

No. don´t try to boot to recovery from fastboot after to flash it, don´t flash it through fastboot.
Do the next three steps and see what happens but do it exactly the same or won´t worth the try:
- In fastboot delete recovery partition by typing fastboot erase recovery
- Then reboot to recovery (don´t flash it yet) by typing fastboot boot twrp.img (rename recovery image firstly to twrp)
- Now once in TWRP flash the zip or image to the recovery partition, when you finish go to Reboot options within TWRP and choose recovery to boot to it before to boot up to system. If you boot at this instance to TWRP then the issue have to be solved, reboot normally to system.
Edit: If this way the problem is not solved then after to install TWRP flash Magisk that can prevent it to be overwritten.

You have to fastboot into recovery, and install recovery thru the recovery gui on your phone.
Fastboot boot recovery.img
You can't install recovery through fastboot, only boot into it.

I think you need to explain fully what you have done, which version of OrangeFox you tried to install, how you tried to install it, and which ROM you are running.
I can assure you that installing OrangeFox or TWRP or any other recovery can't prevent entering into the bootloader mode - unless you did something very wrong.

I use Proyect elixir rom
i tried reinstalling a lot of custom recoveries but never experienced that thing, if the screen is still opening try holding volume down to enter fastboot. Once you enter fastboot flash a custom recovery again.

This is meaningless. Each release has a version number. Which version (supply the version number) did you try to install? Which recovery did you use to try to install it? Which version of Elixir were you running at the time?
It is important to state the precise version numbers of everything, because some ROMs use vendor_boot-as-recovery, and if you flash a standard recovery on them, you will definitely get a bootloop, and nobody can advise you unless it is clear what precisely you have done.
Any, by the way, none of this should prevent you from being able to enter the bootloader mode with the Power + Volume down combination.
I've already fixed it because you can access fastboot mode, before you couldn't simply because I wasn't pressing the buttons long enough. Thank you
