OpenDelta related:..
Since we now have a hosting site, thanks to @benkxda, I have been working hard on implementing OpenDelta, it's not really hard to implement but due to some modifications on system.prop from RR side which I wasn't aware about, I was having some issues. I am still having minor conflicts on what to do with built_type tag as that's needed for opendelta working and since one of my build is official but other twos are unofficial, I am planning to use a unique tag for all my builds so OpenDelta can easily fetch files based on that tag. Since this is the first proper build with OpenDelta, you need to flash the whole rom, increment builds will start hopefully from next build or soon. I will keep you informed..

Just curious as its a unified build does that mean we can use a op3 custom kernel on it?
I know most Devs don't recommend custom kernels, but just wanted to know.

Huh, are you the same person who used to make custom roms for Nokia 808/N8? Good to see you here bro.

Hello once substrateum install the home button no longer works.

Camera not working for me ?

I've noticed that the fingerprint doesn't always work and if it does its slower than OOS 3.5.3.

This seems to be true with all custom ROMS. I thought that it was a stock thing in Android now, but perhaps there is another layer to the fingerprint software "stack" that is different between ROMS, even if the software appears to be the same. From what I understand, Sultan and Resurrection Remix are based on CyanogenMod, rather than the more proprietary CAF which is what the stock OS uses. CAF ROMS have proprietary code from Qualcomm, which may be optimized to better learn over time and run quickly compared to the more open-source AOSP or CM based ROMS.

Good job on this it flows very nice, thanks.

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

Music tile doesnt stop/play music in built-in Music app. Works with Google Music.
You tell...
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
5.0 (lp) Gapps: http://d-h.st/dGPA
5.1 (lpmr1) Gapps: http://d-h.st/8Nc
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
Flash boot.img in Fastboot
KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

Be prepared to loose your SDCARD contents. So, it's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to make an SDCARD backup and MOVE IT TO YOUR PC before you even start.
You MUST be on TWRP 2.8.x or later to even have the chance to recover your data afterwards.

Well I know what I'm doing tonight.....great work guys!
smart lock
Still issues with " smart lock-trusted face " feature... Trusted device and trusted place work but face doesnt , stops after second screen when camera should start. Did full wipe / clear system / factory reset / reinstall etc... Tried all I could think of, used PA gapps full and even stock versions (which contain the feature)
Anyone else the same issue? ( get the smart lock feature in settings-security-agents then turn on to enable)
Ran an update from the 7.0-nightly-20141109, downloaded and started the update script.
Install through TWRP v2.8.0.0 successful, device rebooted and stuck in a bootloop.
It reboots goes into TWRP, and does nothing.
Not sure if its on my device alone.
Does the boot.img from 7.0 work with the 8.0?

11/09 nightly was kitkat....now it's lollipop. So for sure you have to flash boot.img
Thanks for the info.
Thought as much, still it was worth a shot.
Now I have to wait to get home since I dont have a micro usb cable with me to flash the boot image.
Hi guys i have some question in this ROM there is the sweep to wake ? And the table of partitions custom (24 GB of memory for app ) thanks a lot for the answer
System UI has stopped
Keeps popping up. Click ok within the second it pops up again

This issue seems discussed several times and you need to flash the exact boot.img brought with the version of each ROM itself. You may cause issue if you just continue to deploy the previous ROM's boot.img without re-flashing the new one.

ArrowOS 9.x Pie for z2_plus | kernel-4.4 | ENFORCING | TREBLE (/factory) | OFFICIAL

NOTICE:
ArrowOS 9.x comes with kernel 4.4 and requires a newer bootloader from ZUI3.5 or above. Apart from this, this rom is full treble ( will be FULL TREBLE in the future so that anyone can use it as base for Generic System Image ) hence it requires a latest OFFICIAL TWRP which supports /factory mounted as vendor
PLEASE! READ THE SECOND POST for all the information and steps. Thank you

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
How to flash treble roms having /factory instead of /vendor?
* First time custom rom flasher/ coming from ZUI / Never flashed treble rom / Never flashed factory2vendor patch
1. Flash Treble TWRP ( which supports /factory )
2. Flash ROM + GApps etc
* Coming from roms for which you had done factory2vendor conversion
1. Flash Vendor2factory zip
2. Flash new TWRP with /factory support
It will work for both non treble like zui , and treble roms having /factory instead of vendor support
( https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603913223 )
3. IMPORTANT STEP : Reboot to new TWRP
4 Flash rom
5. No need to wipe if coming from same rom
Or
1. Flash ZUI via QFIL
2. Flash TWRP ( which supports /factory )
3. Flash rom
updated information on 03/02/2019
[A copy paste of a message from Dd3boh in Telegram]
IMPORTANT INFO
So, the other day me and Kuber were talking about treble related things and the current hassle/issues. Hence we thought of moving back to /factory instead of /vendor treble implementation to avoid all this (vinavil, kenny, faiz, yaro also somewhat agreed)
Moving back to /factory instead of /vendor implementation to avoid the extra hassle, pain and improvements over the current treble implementation
So, what might be the benefits of such change:
* Just one TWRP for treble, non treble roms like zui [ also Official TWRP might be updated will treble support]
* There will be no need to flash patches for factory to vendor conversion
* Anyone who unlocks bootloader, or a new guy to custom roms will have to flash no patches, no tricky steps, just flash rom and done
* It will make our treble implementation cleaner and might help fasten process to try making LineageOS official

There are were 2 build lines for ArrowOS 9.x :- One with Kernel 3.18 ( not anymore supported after 25th December update) and other with Kernel 4.4
ArrowOS with kernel 3.18 is now deprecated from 25th December build ( For easy identification, i have renamed all the 3.18 kernel builds and added "3.18" after ArrowOS-9.0 tag, and now all the new builds will come with Kernel 4.4.
Starting from, January 2019, all the builds will come with Kernel 4.4
Faced a green screen/blue screen when flashing ArrowOS 4.4 kernel build first time?
Remember, that Kernel 4.4 require a newer bootloader, so you will have to QFIL ZUI 3.5 or above.

at the time of touching fingerprint sensor during setup, hold it little bit longer until vibration is felt. then register full fingerprint. worked for me.

Yes, after the the repo init and repo sync you have to clone the device tree to the correct folders. I used the .repo/local_manifests/(kminilte and common).xml as guideline.
crdroid was really easy (initially at least) since it didn't require change any changes to filenames (unlike aospextended)...
However, I am no expert and I cannot compile a signature spoofing enabled crdroid at this time (I have no clue what is wrong, hopefully it's upstream related)
Hi, this ROM is awesome. i use it as my daily driver!
Thank you!
Is it possible to fix camera so we can record videos?
and there is a bug, when i get a notification of any kind, UI gets laggy (lock screen gives like 5fps)
And when i disable "Use GPU for screen composing" in developer options i get soft reboots (i dont know is it a bug tho or it should be always on)
Is it possible to make it overclockable? (gpu or/and cpu a bit, cpu to at least 1.5GHz)
Keep up the great work!
I will keep you updated and see if there are more bugs to mention.
Sorry for my bad English,
Cheers from Croatia!

Hi
Thanks, I'm glad you find this useful!
I think issue n. 1 and 2 to has to do with the (disabled) hardware overlay. (See the lineage 16 thread.) Overclocking as a workaround for it (laggy UI) would not make much sense I think. Maybe Spookcity will resolve the issue.
Still, battery life is great with pie I think.
edit: I could record videos, maybe try another app (opencamera)

Ok, will do. I compiled it a few days back.. I will upload it or build another one.-
However, signature spoofing stopped working on crdroid afaik, so there is no microG possible and therefore I don't use it.

Hey, I am not sure what this is... It does sound like a lot like FlipFlap, which I removed (also in the device tree, I think) because it was causing problems (got activated on lock screen even though no cover was installed and thus prevented screen unlock..)
I recompiled the rom with updated sources/device tree. Most notably, hw compositing is now enabled and working (thanks @spookcity138)
Please! Can you help? Why su addon isn't working? (16.0-su-addon). I set up in Settings superuser mode "Apps and ADB", but root isn't available. Lineage 16 build don't have this problem.

I really don't know sorry. I have been using Magisk for a long time now..
I just noticed that without anything else installed the rom does only include the root option for adb in developer settings but not the apps.
Maybe supersu addon is not suitable for crdroid. On their (crdroid's) website it is written (I also added it here):
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).

Apps amd adb mode disabled woth lineageos. It's normally. For apps need su addon.
But for crDroid it isn't work
I uploaded crdroid 5.2 for our s5mini.
amongst other things, it includes March security patches and crdroid bootanimation.

Thank you very much! I will try this ROM now instead of lineage-14.1-20181218-UNOFFICIAL-kminilte.zip, because I'm looking for:
microG support
Pie based
current updates / security patches
something "more" then LineageOS
The only other option AOSPExtended ROM v.5.8 (O) [10.10.18] (maintainer also mongo0) seems not updated anymore so I suspect/hope crDroid 5 is better for this device in the judgement of mongo0 as well as others.

DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

**About Device Changes:**
- Initial Official Build
- Etude kernel: Op.12 No.2
* Linux 4.9.298
* built with the latest Clang 14 and ThinLTO
* DO NOT use another kernel. Just don't.
- Implemented a boost after fingerprint authentication to speed up the unlocking process and avoid animation janks
- Switched to QTI BT stack
- Enabled Quick Tap
* you can trigger certain actions by double tapping the back of the phone
* enable it in Settings/System/Gestures/Quick tap
- Switched to Skia Vulkan as HWUI renderer
* the GL renderer has memory allocation/deallocation issues that sometimes crash apps like Twitter when you scroll through lots of images and videos. This is also happening on stock Pixel 6
* Vulkan does not seem to have this issue for now, and it has much less jitter. Some apps like Spotify may still not be fully smooth in certain scrolls, due to a combination of app implementation and AOSP android 12 issues
- Went back to audio HAL v5 to match our prebuilt audio HAL
- Add Camera Go as main Camera

No, as you can realize are versions of different systems, in addition to that there were several internal changes so that Dipper could run Android 12
Thank you very much for your good work for our Smartphone
I tried this rom after 3 hours of uploaded before creating this thread
Used Orangefox .. clean install after format data ... Without this part (((2. In OrangeFox, open Terminal ( Menu/More/Terminal in OrangeFox), and run command `mke2fs -t ext4 -b 4096 /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/cust`, then enter "y" to confirm)))
..... and it work good for me

Eu tentei esta rom após 3 horas de upload antes de criar este tópico
Usado Orangefox .. instalação limpa após formatar dados ... Sem esta parte ((2. No OrangeFox, abra o Terminal (Menu/Mais/Terminal no OrangeFox) e execute o comando `mke2fs -t ext4 -b 4096 /dev/ block /bootdevice/by-name/cust` e digite "y" para confirmar)))
..... e funciona bem para mim

Quick review after few days.
Rom is very stable and fast. Have a lot nice features, my fav is auto clock hidden. Battery live is acceptable (better than last PE 12 rom).
Only bug I found is: when I am calling via Bluetooth and recive notification screen is making black for a second.
I recommend for daily driver.
Thanks for dev. Donate done.
i miss face unlock IR camera and app lock feature in this rom ....otherwise everything is good
Hi I have 2 question.
1. Can I install on this rom custom kernel ? ( For example BAALAM based on Android 12?)
2. Where is option to change a navigation bar fuction? Becouse i want changes this for example press long back button too kill app, and press long home to show running app and press square button to show menu.
If there are no such functions then maybe someone could give some command in the terminal to change it
Sorry for my bad english.

I have used PE recovery and flash via adb sideload. You need to format data first. I also had problem with Orange Fox so I have to use PE recovery.
