LG V700 e9wifi Cannot Factory Reset - G Pad 10.1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I tried 2 methods to Factory Reset my LG Pad. First in the menues of Android 5.0.2 (boots up with error boot certification verification on a black screen) and via Button when startin PowerOn and Volume Button then there is a menu to factory reset (Factory Reset Processing) but nothing happens. I am waiting for 15 Minutes now. It is not bricked, I can start it always, but there is no reset at all.
Is there another way to factory Reset? LG PC Suite has not option to factory reset. I could try to upgrade Android, but it is now the lastest version the Suite says.
I know much about Galaxy Phones and Tablets, but I don't know anything about Odin for LG, is there a software like this for LG? And where are the stock romz for this device?
And I'm gonna sell this V700, I don't want any TWRP or custom Rom installed.
I downloaded APP Rashr now. I got root-rights already. Now all I need is a stock rom vor this V700.
I managed to reset with B2CAppSetup --> http://tool.xcdn.gdms.lge.com/client/app/B2CAppSetup.exe
but I ran on Win7x64 (not Win10x64 didn't work) on VMware

[Q] Stuck in bootloop, tried (almost?) everything

The background story: Was having a lot of FC issues with Beanstalk 4.4, along with other things like battery life/signal that I was growing to be unhappy with and decided to flash one of the 4.3 ROMs with Note 3 features on the fly. I didn't have signal after doing so (didn't read all the comments so I do know this is all my fault) and thought that I would have needed to flash the 4.3 bootloader that was suggested in the OP since using the modems I had on hand did not help.
End result, phone was perpetually stuck in bootloop.
Symptoms: Doesn't go past the Samsung splash screen with the logo flashing. Even when plugging it in it's stuck on the empty battery with the loading wheel.
Attempted solutions:
I have tried the EFR attempt but could not get Kies to recognize my Note II in downloading mode. Kies is currently updated to the lastest 2.6.1.x.x.x
The emergency code option isn't viable since I don't have one(?)
Flashed the appropriate stock ROM (for Bell SGH-I317M) through Odin as it was recognized, but still cannot get past bootloop.
Tried firmware upgrade and initlization instead, PC cannot download firmware to device
Attempted to flash other ROMs both stock and whatnot through CWM. Doesn't seem like it'll take anymore AOSP mixed/based ROMs as they all fail?
With all of these attempts I have pulled out the battery for a little bit prior to actually performing the restoration.
Hopefully somebody can point out a mistake or something I need to do instead.
And as a side note, the Galaxy S2 is too damn small and Windows phones (Lumia 1020) kind of....suck.
Bump. Hopefully somebody can point something I missed.
Have you tried Odin to stock then wiping all user data/ factory reset?

Attempting to wipe anything other than cache in CWM gives me an error mounting.
If you Odin to stock it would have factory recovery on it, not cwm, Odin to factory then under stock recovery wipe data factory reset

[Q] Kingo Bootloader screen preventing factory reset

Hi,
I have a Samsung S4 mini LTE running android 4.4.2.
I live in Barcelona and took my phone to a small shop to get it unlocked to other carriers.
They used Kingo Root to do this, and the unlock has worked fine.
However I now want to perform a factory reset on my device to clean it up and am being prevented from doing so by the Kingo Bootloader that has been installed on my device.
I want to remove this.
I have tried a standard factory reset using the phones internal menu, and a hard reset pressing buttons to get into recovery mode when phone is off, but neither work.
The phone boots into the Kingo Bootloader, and then reboots with no changes.
How can I remove this?
Do I need to flash the stock firmware from Samsung to get the original recovery mode back?
How should I go about this?
I hope you can help; I am at a loss to know what to do.
I am quite geeky and can follow steps to Root/Flash my device but am hoping there might be another way?
It’s difficult not being able to explain fully to a tech guy in the shop due to the language barrier.
I have contacted Kingo but they haven't replied in 7 days, and can find any specific help to remove the Kingo Bootloader online.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
Kingo bootloadet??? That's new!!!
Can you post the download screen/Odin mode
The right procedure to restore to stock is
Download latest firmware for your phone and odin.
Turn off your phone using power menu.
Put in download mode using key combination power+home+voldown
Flash firmware using Odin.
This will factory reset your phone.

LG G4 H815 Euro - Troubles flashing stock ROM

Hello to all of you,
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
I bought second hand a LG G4 H815 with CyanogenMod 14 already installed on it.
Everything was fine until I installed my Ebanking apps, that would not function with an unlocked bootloader. I needed to return to a clean factory safe state...
It was the second time I flashed a rom in my whole life, the first one was a Galaxy S plus years ago.
I followed all the instructions for the KDZ flash in this tutorial but I stumbled upon a "Upgrade stopped due to error" in LG flash tool.
I retried 3 or 4 times but with no luck. I verified that the ROM was correct for my model and it was. European and all...
I tried LGUP but my phone is unknown ( at least it's detected)...
I read some posts and told myself "I probably have messed up something, let's try it again with a fresh thing"... I clicked on the factory reset button and carried on.
There the phone booted on TWRP (That i didn't know existed before this). As I explored the menus with a TWRP google search on the computer, I began to realize that the factory reset was maybe a bad thing to do with a custom rom. I tried to reboot but I always end up booting on TWRP.
I re-tried to flash in download mode, but with always the "Upgrade stopped due to error".
I also tried to flash directly from TWRP a stock rom. Didn't work.
I was beginning to lose it and tried to flash the CM14 version I had before, juste to have a working phone again, but even this didn't work... I'm stuck with a TWRP phone
I need some help there...

uninstall any drive for g4 from pc and reinstall again and lgup. now reboot phone to download mode when lgup is open first check upgrade opsion and when open kdz check refurbish opsion and start. good luck
Thank you for your answer
Still no luck
Uninstalled drivers
Rebooted PC
Reinstalled the drivers
Still unknown device
The best way to flash stock image is to use official LG Bridge app. Download it, turn off your phone, connect it to PC while holding volume up button - phone will go into download mode. Then there is option for software restore in LG Bridge but i won't tell u where exactly. If it won't work i would try on another PC. If it won't work maybe you would be able to flash stock image trough send_command but i won't help you with it.

Thank you a lot Avantu, the LG Bridge did the trick! I now have a factory rom!

Need help.Bootloop!

Hi there all, I need your help.
I decided to sell my Note 2 and as I tried to factory reset the phone for the new owner- it lead to bootloop witch I don't know how to get out of.
Basically it's N7105 model, unlocked and rooted. TWRP recovery and CyanogenMod 13. Was working totaly fine.
Before factory reseting I've read that to completely clean the data you should encrypt the phone and that will scramble the data. So I went and did that.
After I went to factory reset ,but it did nothing and just rebooted. Apparently it's some known bug in CM13, it's not working -many people experience it. And also there is no way to decrypt the data.
So now where I've made a mistake: I went to TWRP and saw one backup from the times I've installed TWRP and rom, and without thinking I pressed to restore.
But that backup was made when I've installed TWRP but OS was stock.
So now it goes through TWRP saying unable to mount data partition and then boots (not fully) to original Samsung OS but with an error: "Encryption failed. Unable to complete encryption due to interuption. Perform factory data reset (erasing all your data) before use. After resetting, try encrypting device again".
And one button to reset the device. If I press that it will go through the TWRP again as above. I can charge the phone and I can press Vol buttons.
I tried to connect with pc through ADB but looks like no devices are found. And in my Device Manager threre is an Yellow Exclamation mark on the phone line saying "The device cannot start". So that's the situation. Is there I can try before canceling sale?
Thanks for your help!
Paul
Did you try to flash the phone with a stock ROM in Odin?
Big thanks!
I did and it's all good!
What a wonderful program Odin- who created it?
Do you know if I lost root after flashing it?
Thanks!
Yes, flashing a stock ROM will remove root.
Odin is a Samsung product: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odin_(firmware_flashing_software)

[Q] LG G4 H811 Stuck in Recovery (TWRP) Loop

I was running the latest version of TWRP and a rooted version of the LG G6 port. Everything was stable and worked fine. So I was ready to give it back to its owner who I had modded it for. I went into the settings menu of the phone and did a standard factory reset to remove my account that was logged in so I could test the phone out before giving it to the owner. well when it finished resetting and rebooted, its been stuck in a boot loop ever since.
Tried just clearing both Dalvik Cache and Cache, to no avail. Tried Reflashing the rom and starting over. Still nothing. Tried flashing a different rom. Still nothing.
So what else can I try? and also if its the only thing I can do, rest it all the way back to stock factory everything. How do I do that on this phone. What program do I need and what files. and whats the steps to complete the process.
Thank you in advance for all help that is given
i factory reset in twrp and turned on developers options after first boot then reflashed twrp i always forget backup lol or delete it or use kdz you flashed before anyway i can help i will if you still need
if you have tried to flash the same custom rom or another is still not working, flashes with the program "lg up", you will need a kdz file, and the corresponding drivers. if with that you can not watch this tutorial before doing anything.
if you have a backup made with twrp, it flashes again.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/help/unbrick-lg-g4-brick-hs-usb-qdloader-t3542785
during this process you will have to disassemble the back of the phone, (plastic) you do not need to remove the motherboard completely from the phone, anyway if you can enter download mode try with lg up tool.
if you need help around here we are.
Well now in the process of trying to fix it. The phone bricked and will no longer turn on at all. Is there anyway to fix this ?

Can you get into download mode?
Also, it's possible you have been hit by the bootloop
