Is possible that noone ported from any other Snap800 device (like nexus 5 or the same xiaomi mi3) the MIUI rom for our Z1c?

And yes, It's possible to port it but I don't have access to a PC with a Linux distro right now so I'm unable to do so.
Maybe you can suggest @OmarEinea to port it?

surprisingly nobody has tried porting zte s6 rom which has the same chipset and is available with lollipop rom (32bit mind you)
the firmware is huge to download so i cant do it, also it seems the porting process has changed for lollipop based roms compared to kitkat
any brave soul want to try?

I had tried to port CM12 from REDMI2 which had Dual sim working and same chipset
I successfully booted cm12 port from redmi2 but sim cards were not recognising. Lets see what can be done to this
and also their are many msm816 chipset ROMs which has lollipop ROM officially by manufacturer.
Bit of research found this Lollipop Kernel source 3.10.49 of ZTE S6. I think it would help to build cm12 lollipop kernel with dual sim working

Now thats what i am talking about, although sim on this port is also highly unlikely to work but its so cool to try out for fun sake.

Try setting the config and initialize you build
Hi as Mi 4i developer ROM and source code(kernal) is released.
We need any custom ROM to say bye bye to miui. Any custom ROM will be accepted AOSP or cm 12.2 or paranoid ROMs etc.
We need custom ROM as we are getting issues with miui as heating, really very low RAM management only 400mb of 2gb isn't that insane ?
So plz plz plz anyone bro port any of the ROM

I've ported LOS Aextened nougat rom but it has call dropping, sim 1 3g,video and screen recording bugs.
