PLEASE READ THE PARAGRAPH BELOW THIS LINE
It's been a few years since I made a toolkit. Since my last toolkit that I released, which was the M8, I had surgery done, graduated college and went through a ton in life. I haven't been in the Android scene in years. As much as I would have loved to, life has been hectic. I announced that I was going to release a toolkit for the HTC 10. It's been a few months since that announcement but here it is. I'm pretty sure there is quite a few kinks and bugs I'll need to fix, but I spent a lot of time on it and my eyes are tired at looking at all my code. Trying to remember how to code/script was hard enough as is, but it's definitely worth it for you guys. So to announce my software, I would like to present my toolkit for the HTC 10!
If this helped you out, Please press the thanks button and if you want, you can always donate!

FAQs
Q - Why Did you make this?
A - To make life easier
Q - You are limited on features. Why?
A- You can always make a request!
Q - Will this work on other devices?
A - Only the fastboot commands, HTC Dev unlock (device specific) and the HTC drivers. Toolkit is made for the specific device.
Q - My Anti-Virus says your program is a virus. Is it a really a virus?
A - No. It's a false-positive! My reputation on here shows otherwise. Here's some more info if you are skeptical.
https://www.autoitscript.com/wiki/AutoIt_and_Malware
Q - Will you support more devices in the future?
A - If people REALLY want, I can make it happen. I just don't want to make anything that nobody would use.
Q - Awesome! Can I make a donation?
A - Of course! Do not feel obligated though. If you would like to make a donation, you can click the button on my toolkit or under my username.

Any feedback is always nice!

My phone has unlocked bootloader, still S-ON, used the tool kit to flash TWRP.
Everything run successfully but the phone can not enter Recovery to run backup. It just restart the phone normally.

Were you trying to reboot into recovery through the toolkit? If so, I'll test the command when I'm back home and look at the script. Have you tried doing so manually?

Edit: Thanks Linar10, I replace TWRP 3.03.0 to the toolkit it run successful.
Thanks Hasoon2000 for the toolkit

I used the toolkit for my wife's 10. I did everything from zero to check if everything was OK and boy, it went smooth. Thanks a lot for the toolkit and for sharing it. It rocks.

I figured by now most people would realize how dangerous toolkits are, and would have stopped using them.
It's much safer to not use a toolkit, and you learn a lot more by learning, and performing the commands yourself.
Why would you have an S-ON command so close to a GETVAR command? Just something someone will accidentally click.
I've see many people come to IRC asking for help, saying "I didn't do anything to set my S-ON, all I did was use a toolkit."

The laptop is full of viruses and I have to take format

I agree in part.
Yes, you learn a lot more by studying and asking how to type the commands yourself, but I see this toolkit (hasoon's is the only one I've used) as a way to begin with all this. I mean, you have to start somewhere and this is a valid way of doing it. You click some buttons, follow the instructions and if you are careful you can be sure you won't mess anything up.
That's how I started learning until I was able to do things myself. I don't have s-off because I don't know enough to be 100% sure I won't kill my phone, so I prefer doing some things (flashing kernels) from fastboot instead of recovery and not experimenting with different radios and such.
In short, you have some very valid points, but people has to start somewhere and this one is too a good way of doing so.

the file is a .exe not a .rar?????? One-10_All-In-One_Kit_v1.0.rar.exe

File ok?
Can anybody tell me that the file is ok? thats the original file of the All-in-one Toolkit V1.0 downloaded today fom the original source...

Hello I can't download the toolkit. Every time it's taking me to download some chrome addons. Seems very fishy.
The file in the previous post also seems not legit. Toolkit is supposed to be 40 MB, this file is about 1MB...smells of viruses to me.

Nope. You can have it unlock the bootloader and everything but you have to actually flash the ROM yourself.
Hi, thanks for this. Will unlocking bootloader remove all my data and apps? If so, then what is the best way of creating a backup?

Yes...it will remove apps....for you it should be Astro File Manager or MyBackup....but they won't backup app data as you don't have root.......

[UI] GN Fastboot Flasher[v1.5.0][27/7]

I'm proud to present you the GN Fastboot Flasher (GNFF)
I love the simplicity and the convenience of Odin, but it's close source and also there a few files to flash with Odin. So I decided to create an Odin-like app, but for using with fastboot.
Remember that this app is in Beta stage may not be a complete and safe way of flashing. By using this software, you accept its danger.
This app only works on Windows. I have no plan to distribute it to Linux/Mac. The reason is clear, I know nothing from coding on Linux/Mac .Also I'm sure there are lots of work to do in the windows version.
GNFF Functions:
Flashing boot.img, zImage, zip file containing zImage
Flashing radio, bootloader, recovery, system
Flashing stock image files (.tgz)
Flashing stock image files automatically by downloading from Google servers
To do:
Add other options, like unlocking bootloader - Done
Make logging better and complete - Done
Add other languages
Bugs:
You say!
Changelog:
Version 1.5.0:
Fixed image downloading problem.
Added ability to update the program(Wait till the next version).
Added a part named "Addons".
Added ability to unlock/lock the bootloader.
Added Console to execute commands using adb and fastboot.
Some aesthetic changes.
Added support for JB ROMs.
Now you can inter "Custom" for your current ROM, and GNFF will download and install the latest official ROM.
Added a button to clear the log.
New icon.
Added abiliy to use drag & drop for flashing files.
Adding ability to use "open with..." for flashing files
Version 1.0.2:
Added an option to download and flash stock images from Google servers
Added an option to reboot to bootloader
Fixed the bug that was causing the log part don't be scrollable
Now GNFF doesn't let stop the flashing progress using repressing "Start" button
Version 1.0.1:
Added bootloader control, now it doesn't flash anything on devices with locked bootloader.
Added zImage control, now it gives an error in the log section when the zip file doesn't contain a zImage.
Added some more log informations.
Version 1.0.0:
Initial version
Sources:
To be honest, I'm not pro in using Git and publishing open source apps. Anyway I pushed them to github. You can compile them using AMS.

Added 1.0.1 version to the first post. Enjoy!
I have no need to use this at the moment so won't try it. It looks very good though and I hope you keep up the development.
Super cool idea. So we can use this app to install latest stock images from Google. Could we install also Cwm images ( is this the recovery part)?

Yes.
That option is for flashing recovery image files.
I think the potential for this app is really great. It could be used for senarios like:
1) Unlock bootloader
2) update image
3) install an image with root

Fortunately, yeah.
Since last month, I was working to fix all the bugs and make GNFF fully stable. Now I think I have done it. I hope you enjoy this software.
is there already an option to show the Gnex's current version of bootloader / firmware / baseband etc etc?
By the way nice work there.
this app is great but how to use it ?
i tried many time but the app said my phone wasn't connected,
but it shown connected in android.
please release the tutorial mate.

Have you installed adb drivers ? If not that's the issue . Boot in to bootloader ( power off the device - press volume up + down + power button ) then it'll ask for adb drivers . You can find the gnex adb drivers from googling .
After installing drivers , you are good to go .
.. Beamed Directly Via GNEX ..
file is no longer available...

Post 1 - Information

Yes and no. I see its only for S-Off users and not everyone wants the same partition size. Also, most people have no clue what it is and don't follow steps so they'll end up soft/hard bricking their phones.

[HTC S-OFF] - Revolutionary tool patched [RELEASED 2022-01-09]

As you may have noticed, the revolutionary.io's website is now down for a few months, letting owners of old HTC's devices unable to S-OFF their devices.
However, I've been able to patch the revolutionary tool to avoid the need of a beta key, required and delivered from the revolutionary.io website in the past, to use the tool.
This patched version has been tested on my own HTC Desire, but I don't guarantee that it works for every supported phone (but normally it should).
I will *NOT* put this patched tool online until I have the permission from a member from AlphaRev/unrEVOked team (I tried to contact them directly but with no success).
When I'll have an answer, I'll upload my patched version online, but not before. Don't ask for ETA nor private messages before I have an official permission to do this.
Thanks for your understanding and hope to have an answer quickly, for all the old HTC devices to be unlocked.
EDIT
Waiting for an answer on their IRC channel, I've found their new website, available here: rev.alpharev.nl.
As the project is still up and running, I won't upload my patched version online. However, if AlphaRev or unrEVOked allow me to put this version online, I will.
Here are the HBOOT drivers: HBOOT drivers 3.0.0.007.exe
Here are the modified Android USB drivers: android-usb-driver.zip
Quick guide
Go on rev.alpharev.nl - If you have any problem to access the website, please try to use a proxy or Tor to route from Germany, France or Switzerland. Thanks to @Robcr for finding this !
Click on one of the download links (Windows or Linux, depending on your Operating System)
(The tool will be downloaded - decompress it somewhere on your computer)
Complete the form that appeared on rev.alpharev.nl with all the information (Operating System, your device, HBOOT version and Serial Number)
This will generate the right beta key for your phone using the provided information (JavaScript needs to be enabled
Launch the tool and enter the beta key received from the website when needed
Here you go, the magic should happen
I would like to ask you not to send me PMs to send you the patched version. If I release the patched version one day, it will be released here, and only here.
EDIT 2022-01-09
As stated in my latest post, I was finally able to release the patched version of the Revolutionary tool.
You can find the post here and you can download the tool here.
Thanks for your understanding,
Tweak-Man
Chances are, to be completely honest, the project isn't up and running, since it redirects to a deprecated revolutionary site. You should just publish it. We, users of the HTC Desire/HTC Incredible, have no other means of rooting.
Thanks,
Miguel R.

I totally agree that the project is dead, however you can still have access to the tool and the beta key from rev.alpharev.nl.
When this website will be dead without any other solution, I'll post my patch.
However, I'll post as soon as possible all the other tools needed (HTC HBOOT USB drivers, etc) as well as a completed guide

Mhhh strange I really could not access this page.
The only thing I was able to do, was to search with Google and it found the page you are talking about. If I click open in cache I see it but Java not working on cached sides, so I could not create a key. If I click normal on the link it open the old alpharev page.

OK I have a key. A online browser helped. I opened the page with a simulated browser in my browser. Normally used in country's like China to open forbidden pages but it worked. I wrote down the key but now I destroyed the USB cabel because I pulled to hard now the plug is broken. New one ordered.

You must find a way to downgrade your HBOOT version to one supported by Revolutionary. You can search here on XDA in your phone's section to see if it's possible.
