I didn't see a version for dl for cm14, only stock mm and cm13. I believe cm14 has the kernel built in, though.

Yes it does

Flashed this the other day before it was released here. Not bad, smooth as hell. Just lacks a lot of features that I need. Other than that, amazing ROM. Now all we need is AOSiP for our device and we'll be set. ?

I've been using CypherOS ever since 5 hours ago. Extremely smooth and the temperature stays almost as cool as stock ROM.

Can u give a link? How do I install it? Same like i installed pico gapps ?
Also I noticed when I clicked on any app it took almost 3-4 secs for the app to pop up

Aroma gapps is on Opengapps.org.
About the slowness, it's sure that you have an app doing that. This rom is one of the fastest I've tried, in spite of the fact it's outdated...

I remember Viper OS nougat was the smoothest ROM for me for our beloved z2 plus. Thanks for bringing the Oreo update.

They didn't add a toggle for it.
Do this.
Goto root folder. System then open build.prop file as text.
Paste this at the end, hit save and reboot.

pixys is an AOSP based rom with stock google feel and with some necessary and minimal customizations

It's a unified build, meaning it will work on both Ginkgo and willow

Yes you can use any gcam on this since raw10 issues have been fixed

Yes it works with default screen recorder provided with the rom itself

Yes you can turn it off. just search for ambient display in settings search bar

Since the screen recorder that has by default does not allow to control anything.
