First time installing crDroid to your G2, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- Reboot
- Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
- Copy crDroid ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash crDroid zip

It's cause problems, errors and FC. Clean install without using TC is much better for stability and performance

I'm sure it'll fail, but can you try making a call on speakerphone? People can't hear me on any ROM that is cm based. Just curious if it's all across the board.

Are you sure GPS works and not just WiFi and cellular based location? Because all cm based roms have the gps bug.

Okay I flashed the modem of the european firmware via fastboot. Still no signal on my device. Does anybody have a clue? Do I have to flash the whole image?
Also flashed the whole image. still no success.

I could make some fixes with logs if you can provide them I will try but if CM tree merges it, then it is gonna be easier

Full Day observations :
frequent reboot while multi tasking observed( problem is 5.1.1 built tree, same issue with most devices running on 5.1.1 custom built).
notification flash light found ( Very bright for notification), seems we got front camera flash which is not mentioned in technical specs.

It works on XT1562 dual sim or not?

Is there any chance for mm build

GPS does NOT work. Location from wifi/cellular works fine, but when any app requests my location from gps my phone crashes and resets itself.
Other than that it seems to work well for me.
But I need GPS because I use google maps a lot.... I think I will /uninstall now unless there is a solution....

Quite an a awesome ROM ! The navbar themer is a welcome addition , for some reason FLAC playblack doesn't seem to work is anyone else having issues with it ?

They both have a lot of options and everything works so I'm just wondering...

That's the beauty and beast of Android now.
Back in the day (pre-MM) every ROM was quite different (PA comes to mind) and major features made ROMs stand out.
Now-a-days, every ROM has very similar features but where things will go different I think is the coding and performance. Some ROMs have every bell and whistle but may [or may not] lag a bit because of it. Some ROMs have little to no mods so it will be much quicker.
Basically the point to be made: YMMV. You will need to test the ROM out and see what you think for your hardware, see if it is something you like.

USB otg is currently not working because of the new kernel. You can use TWRP to transfer files. I will post a new kernel to fix the problem soon

Any one find the APN setting in the ROM?

when i start a cpu test,my z2 shut down and the LED always on.

Thanks...I am using it...Haven't found much problem...Doesn't lag like the lineage os... Though sometimes the screen doesn't respond but that's not a major problem...Hope it will be solved in future updates...
