best Rom for op3 .....? - OnePlus 3 Questions & Answers

Good performance & battery life ...Please suggest me :good:

We've all asked this questions, some point in our life at xda, and the answer is and always will be "it's really subjective". Currently I use DU 11.2 and I'm really happy with it.

You rlly have to try them, but as this doesnt rlly helps here some thoughts: you might want to test a CM / now Linage based rom (like RR) and compare it with a stockbased rom like FreedomOS (using myself) latter tends to be a bit more stable and camera is still better i think (i believe the OOS port has still some minor issues) - overall you cant do wrong with the most popular roms imho, they are great!
edit: as i use the official xda app i just noticed its somehow hard to find the ROMs using pc/laptop. Therefor: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/development?daysprune=-1&order=desc&sort=views#romList <= as said with FreedomOS (CE) and RR you wont do anything wrong. RR will force you into flashing regularly (if you re an flashaholic)…FOS leaves you with stable builds for some weeks, so its a bit less stress.

Pure Nexus build is running well. No FC. Only missing tap to home option. No issue so far. Try to add tap to home and back and recent swap option. Using micro G after nanomod patcher.
GPS fix, Google maps working. Failed to install arise sound mod. Tried but none working. Excellent job but scope for improvement.

I can tell you that crdroid build is jacked up. It doesn't have gapps included, and vendor image doesn't match June. Weird though because I flashed gapps and the image after I noticed those issues...but problem is still there.

Yeah I've tried carbon over the years but found it was always missing some tweaks.
There is an updated crdroid build on Android file host that the dev says should work well besides the vendor mismatch message at boot (you do need to flash rom then reboot to recovery and flash gapps before booting up). There's also a new RR build but odds are that the saturation option is still broken.

Just an FYI. The validus build works well and has most of the features. I always used it on my shamu.

I tried a couple days ago. If there's a new build I'm not sure.
Dirty Unicorns has been the best rom I've used and I think I've tried them all in this past week. Validus is maybe second, followed by Nitrogen.

Ok cool, I haven't tried DU yet but it's usuakky pretty solid. Is it missing many features from RR etc? I've also heard that it's not as substratum friendly and requires a reboot to apply.

I'm not the maintainer of this ROM. I just curious why the dev didn't post it Here. You can check the build in official site of Mokee Rom.

This is an amazing rom. I really don't know why the maintainer do not publish in xda. So, everything works pretty well, I didn't find any bug since I installed three days ago.
lovely rom
it is true, why no official on XDA? I remember long times ago for mi2 and mi4, it was great roms
Any chance someone can do proper OP maintained with updates, features, screenshots, etc. If its not too much trouble? I'm pretty sure it's fine if you give credits to the dev.
Would be great addition for the Dipper community ?
Thanks for this!
