So, Your paid black and bold theme for the g6 that you are charging .99 is the free theme that is included with the v20? Is there some point that you are going to do your own theme and not take something someone else has done?

Well you're asking the wrong dev. This gent kangs all the other LG themers stuff.
Check out @markbencze he does amazing themes and the majority of these are kanged from his work.
Also give @cbucz24 a check out too, he makes some pretty awesome themes as well and from reading their threads are open to suggestions.
I know nobody will tell you EXACTLY how to do it so I'll share a bit of info.
Grab a stock theme apk from our system (I personally used black) and copy it to your laptop, decompile and fiddle with some things then recompile and sign.
There are easier methods etc but that should get you started for now. Good luck!

Want to get the dark ubuntu, but am wondering if the clock app is themed properly? I have two other dark themes from this Dev and the clock app is terrible.
Do anybody ported or has Huawei P10 or Mate 10 theme for our G6 ? Those icons look so elegant with nice accents too

In case anybody wants this ported Alloy Holo theme to be applied via xThemeEngine.
First, if you still don't have it, here's the procedure on how to make xThemeEngine work on your phone.
1) Install Xposed Framework - download from here.
2) Open Xposed app and press "Install/update".
3) Reboot your phone.
4) Install XThemeEngine - download from here.
5) Activate XThemeEngine in Xposed module.
6) Reboot your phone again.
That's it! You just then download and install any ported themes around and select it in xThemeEngine app(needs soft reboot for the theme to take effect).

This is particularly for PSX ROM users since it doesn't currently support the original theme chooser theme engine.
I've ported this before during my time in Xperia T/TX section. And it is permitted by the original themer.
The ported theme is far from perfect and still needs some work(e.g. messaging app I did not include due to black font in dark BG, some toggles are not themed or still needs proper redirection). I only did a direct simple port. For the mean time it is still acceptable for me at least, just wanted to share with other PSX ROM users who missed themes.

Wow! U just did my day! Today I start working in some thing I have in mind!!
I made an update redirecting the correct images for sound, wifi-ap and torch icons in quicksettings panel.
Download on the same linked shared folder found in the OP.

After all, PSX is AOSP and there are a some other roms around here based on that.
Yes dully, it could be fine with other aosp-based also. Hope others can feedback. Coz right now I'm quite satisfied with PSX so I don't want to try other ROM for the mean time.

I had the impression that most are already familiar with xThemeEngine hence I didn't included the instructions anymore. Sure no prob, I'll add it later in the OP(EDIT: done!)

How to install

Wonderful I've been looking for a dark Amoled Inspired theme and couldn't find one on the theme store, this is very good, just wondering if it's possible for you to make one with a different color rather than red, maybe blue or green, anyway if it's too much work this is already very good.

This was the first try after i got selected to make themes for samsung store and here on it ill improve only i will soon come up with more themes and color options for sure

i follow same procedure but in my themes ony urban theme showing when iim applying urban theme .only urban theme applyed...

i am not sure if you have used other themes from theme store but they do not have options so clock font color etc are hard coded into theme so when you change backgrounds then you need a theme that is not the same color. i generally install the theme i like then change wallpaper to work.

Awesome work. So excited to finally see someone theming for the S6E. The ones on the store are atrocious. When I went to install the urban theme, following your directions, it said it was already installed, even though it wasn't showing up on my phone. I skipped this step and your theme applied just fine. Also I didn't have the same problem as an earlier poster, with the white background/invisible text. And +1 vote for alternative colors. Thanks again....

My friend this issue is weird I haven't got this even once
Still try to remove both Urban and my theme and then follow the same installation again and must reboot after applying it that should solve the issue

It looks The Dialer is For the Bigger screen sie then the moto g.

With all due respect, why don't people add addon.d survival scripts to flashable ZIPs? The reason for me asking this is due to me thinking that people would like to keep the flashable apps on every nightly update without needing to reflash the offending flashable ZIPs.
In any case, I have written an addon.d survival script, which would go in the /system/addon.d/ directory and I have also created flashable ZIPs with said script added, with the choice of either keeping the stock dialer/contacts apps or removing them.
Special thanks go to the OP et al for the package.

I think it is safe to say that it should work on all devices with Android 7.1 installed, as I have tested the Google Pixel Dialer, with the addon.d script I wrote without any issues on both the Moto G LTE and the LG G3 (D855).

It looks its suitable for large screen size phone then moto g 1st gen
because call disconnect option appears near home button which is quiet below its level.
it needs to be optimised for small screen size

With the screengrab only being 540×960 in image size, the image is too small to be a Moto G screengrab to begin with, unless it has been crazily downsized. However, I did say that I have not experienced such issues on my Moto G LTE, so if you DO have such issues, then it would be helpful if you have provided screengrab instead of just bickering on about how "weird" the OP's screengrab looked/looks like.

Question answered... just purchased your theme and it looks great on my G6!! just an fyi (you may already know about this) there's a white-on-white background with keyboard menus launched from mic and period keys.

I would like to purchase one of your themes. However when i search in the theme store for one i cant find it. Is there something im missing, how do i grab one of these beauties?

Charcoal For the LG G6 has finally arrived
Little late to the party, but better late than never
Im not sure if its worth the effort, but would anyone be interested in my inversion theme for the g6??
Its been a favorite on the v20, so I figured I would ask.
If not, what colors would you you like?

A theme with a dark, aosp green colour of the standard LG theme would be nice ?. Basically as the LG theme is but just dark with aosp green accents on the quick settings etc?..
Something orange or red maybe... Black and orange/red or maybe grey and orange/red?
Just snagged charcoal off the play store... Nice job

I havent done an orange...I did black and red with ravished..
I dont own the phone, so its a little more challenging for me to make these..Luckily i have a good tester. And these arent that much different than the v20 an g5 theme. bunch more files that need touched..
But I will see what I can make for you guys.
OK, so I ended up just ordering a G6 today. should be here in a few days. So that should speed up development a bit. I can get all my v20 themes here and maybe start a few new.
Im working on a green/teal now. should be another day or two. hard telling. there are a lot of new lines in the G6 vs the v20
