The Vivo Xplay 3S was launched early this month and now Vivo has released the first firmware firmware for it. It's Funtouch OS version 1.16.3. No instructions or changelog are included so I guess we have to figure it out for ourselves.

just replace the XXXXXX with your imei and then download latest available firmware for your device

b520 isn't intl. - it's a russian fw as far as i know..but contains all languages..

No, it's not only Russian! I think it's East Europe, because I'm in Bulgarian, which is in South-East Europe and I've got B520 vie OTA two days ago!
