This ROM has been getting good feedback on the Chinese forums (Google translate) but wondering if the fact that all the good settings are in Chinese will take away from the full use of the ROM ? I may just download and try anyway, seems to be alot of custom settings in this ROM.

Dunno the difference , I installed the unicom file, I guess both are the same with a download mirror

Don't know the difference exactly but it seems to be related to difference in frequency bands or something of that sort. I do see tthem warning not to install the wrong version.
If your model number is P6-U06 then its unicom version. Mobile and telelcom version got different model number.
Anyone : how to change grom in english language?

I think the Mobile version is for the China Mobile carrier and the Unicorn one is international
I'm trying to install this ROM and can get as far as step 4 I am running the bat file and hitting enter but nothing. Can anyone help ?
