Is there any way to increase the audio quality when anything is recorded? I am getting 8000 hz. horrible. not sure about the bit rate, but still if that is changed audio would be alot better.
I used to have an iphon (hated it everyday) but when I hacked it and downloaded a video camera program, the picture was horrible the audio was recording at 44100 hz and the bitrate was 705 kbits/sec. only 1 channel but you should hear the audio because wow.
can anything be done with total commander??
The sound quality for the desire when video recording even in 720p is really tinny and bad. Anyone know how to increase the quality?

As we all know the sound quality when you take a video is terrible... Is there anyway to edit the video to fix the sound, or is there something that can be done to have good sound quality when taking a new video???
Editing the video after its taken would be pointless, you can't increase the quality once its already recorded. The only thing I can think of is being sure to use the highest recording quality setting. I'm not sure if it helps the audio quality any though. We are limited my the quality of the microphone that comes with the phone.
i know recording is dependent and configurable on some apps. yet after trying out a few roms i found that certain ones had poor quality or non-working mic recording.
on which roms have you guys had a pleasant experience with the default mic recording + audio playback?
I attend a lot of concerts and whenever I record video the picture is quite decent but the sound quality is awful. It seems like the recorded sound level is too high (too much gain), so the sound is very much distorted.
It is not related with the rom, I'm using RSK team Special Edition ROM and I had the same issue on stock Froyo.
Is there any way to fix this or can someone recommend an app to get better sound in videos?
