Already tried to edit the framework-res.apk to minimize the nav bar height but it gives me bootloop :crying:

[Q] Proper android soft keys on sammy rom?

Hi,
I enabled the soft keys on stock samsung kitkat rom by modifying build.prop, adding: qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
Keys work perfectly in portrait orientation, but in landscape mode I get an empty black bar occupying the right side of the display:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is there a fix for this?

[Q] Switch nav button?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to switch the nav bar buttons? the back and recents button?
I would love this too. sounds like a systemui.apk mod
You'd have to be rooted and then install the Stock SystemUI + Framework with minor mods – DOWNLOAD from the download page in THIS post.

Looks a bit like the Samsung pay app you should be able to slide it up from the bottom

Hey! Please tell me, is it possible to somehow remove the background of the nav pill? It doesn't look very good. On iOS, for example, only the nav pill is visible .. If you hide the tablet itself, I'm not satisfied with the size of the keyboard
Unfortunately it is possible only with root.

Question Pull down area

Hello
I have a problem with the razer kishi. When it's attached, I can't pull down the status bar. I don't want to cut kishis's rubber pad, so if you guys know a way to edit the sensitivity area to expand the status bar I'd really appreciate it. This only happens on miui based roms. The phone is rooted.
