Not to step on toes but....get BW then add superclock 4X2 to your homescreen. When you do that it will bring you to the setting screen for the widget. Look through clock skins till you find the one you want(not sure which one he's using) download and apply. Then look through weather skins and do the same. Many, many choices. My clock is also BW.

Quite a nice effort, simple, yet with some good details.
A set of these using the original app colours for the logos on the icons would also be nice. I'm guilty of not throwing much business the way of icon makers come ICS/JB however, on GB I couldn't get rid of the stock icons fast enough!
Edit: duh, just saw your Beta Mint icons, disregard the above idea obviously.

Ok, guys I heard From Dennisxl (dev of Apex) he's considering add the iconmask feature after the 4.2 bugs rush. +1 for APEX
All iconset updated. Please report if you find some bugs or icons that are supposed to be themed but not showing in the list. I did it in a hurry but normally everything should be OK. Will update PNGs zip this eve.

I've been looking for moods like that a long with no success. Most important for me is transparent dock bar background. Widgets could be more or completely transparent too. I have testesed a few mods but they are just not good enough and still no mod for transparent dock. Do you guys have any suggestions out maybe you solve simular problem before. Thanks in advance for your time .

Is it stock or custom room?
It looks nice but I was thinking about more stocklike mods something like transparent or semi transparent dock and widget backgrounds.

For Transparent dock is Virtuous the right adress, try reflection theme
for transparent Statusbar, replace the "status_bar_background.9.png" in systemui.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi (find it under System/app)
Otherwise Dougi or fisha themed a lot of stuff
Great thanks just what I was looking for. Any ideas how to change lockscren layout without changing rom. I would rather to have clock on the side of the screen instead on middle.

You can also try my HF-Skin, mostly Stock Aluminium, with (semi)transparency, only AllApps and Lockring are changed.
Just place it on your SD, install it and select in Personalize-Skins.

I just wanted to share with u the blinkfeed launcher?.
Requirements:
Android 4.4.x(cm preferred)
Prism.apk(blinkfeed launcher).
HTC service framework.
Xposed installer.
App settings(xposed module for setting up the DPI of the launcher).
Special thanks to;
Sunnyloveslaman for the zip file.
Steps:
1 download zip package from herehttps://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7A605W0835DQzZJTXRXX3o2eGs/preview?pli=1 or follow this link to choose ur desired color launcher I.e. green, magenta, orange or black.
2 install HTC framework and then install the prism.apk and the weather .apk
3 at first it will look too small so u need to adjust the resolution using xposed(http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2338562&d=1382294424).

5 in xposed framework go to modules and check app manager(thanks to and then open app manager and a list of apk's will appear. Select htc blinkfeed and turn it on and change the resolution to 800x1280.
6 rebot ur device and u r done.
For weather widget install it. Go to settings in account option select htc weather service and sync it. It requires location to be turned on.

No no... You got it wrong.
What I meant to say is that I appreciate the share for I wanted to try this blinkfeed thing for quite some time now..... Now that I've experienced it I don't find it that interesting as a launcher... Just another news feed reader in my homescreen.
I don't know why I'm spreading my thoughts rather than cheering for the app!
