Hello all, been searching a while now (few weeks) for either a custom recovery or custom rom (CM?!?) for my desire 650.. I've unlocked the bootloader... But can't find info or links to installing anything custom to the device... Am hoping for a nod in the right direction... Many thanks in advance..

but it fails...
and i tried to unlock bootloader with the help of htc dev website....
it also not working

i been trying to root my brothers wildfire s for a while now and it doesent seem to want to work. i tried super one click and ginger break and nothing. i tried to do something with the boot loader with the HTC software and fail.
so any help to root please please help
You need to unlock your bootloader or S off your phone, read all the info in the link below

I have a problem and need some help please.
i tried to change rom in my device and made this steps:
unlock the phone with HTCDEV and then flash the viper ROM, after that my phone dosn't load and stock on htc logo.
after that i realize that i made a mistake because my phone is unlock but still s-on.
i searched for guides and posts and still dont now what to do...
need some help guys... tnx.

can someone please help me unlock bootloader on my device? I Relocked it hoping for the official stock rom to be flashed but It didn't flash... the custom ROM stayed there and i cant access the recovery too because it's custom...
someone can help me?

If you have relocked it, you may need to ask for unlock token from htcDEV again
Hi guys , i need an input of an expert of what my next step will be in order to root .
So basically i used kingroot found here

although the thread says desire eye is supported , the app didn't root the phone but to add insult to injury , i have a software modified bootloader, LOCKED with a missing stock recovery , so i dont know what my next step is to root , i already got the unlocking token for unlocking bootloader from htc dev , yet i know for a fact that after unlocking bootloader , the phone will do a hard rest but there is no recovery on the phone , so please guys your advice and guidance would be much appreciated .
