I recently bricked my Lenovo p2 Indian unit. This happened because i accidentally wiped the Internal storage erasing the firmware. Luckily I found this You Tube video which helped me to recover my phone.
PS : I had TWRP installed and root access.
However​ you will be brought back to the Marshmallow version and you will receive ota update.
If this is article is already available an XDA remove it. You must have adb.
I am unable to post the link to the video because im new. So search for 'lenovo p2 Bootloop texplicit' . If you still don't find the video Search the video in the channel Texplicit.
PS: it's not my channel.

i just received my new nubia z11 mini s, but with some chineese soft, which i cant remove - no root. I was trying few tools like kingroot, but with no luck. Only topics i have found are on chineese forums but i dont get a clue what to do...
Anyone using this model and already found solution to this problem?

i tried Debloater but no joy...there are some topics on Chinese forums but even with translator i cant get their instructions...
So If someone is interested I have successfully put inside twrp and SuperSU, now I test which gaps package is better for this. If I have time maybe in week end I make a tutorial how to do.

I used a package downloaded from Nubia chinese forum, is twrp 3
Apologies for going off-topic, but I also have this phone.
Google play services is very unstable for me, could someone please confirm what version of play services they are using and if it is stable?
Also, I cannot update the phone (1.20 to 1.23) as the installation creates an error at 25%. Has anyone else experienced this and found a work around? I cannot download a new version to SD card as I cannot make a Baidu account.

Yes same for me, I can't find a stable google services, but I read in a russian forum is needed to give permission for each services on the security app. I try today and I tell if became more stable

Ok, thanks but I received the phone with 1.23 firmware version and after start popped update to 1,27 and after I installed twrp. So now I have 1.27 firmware version with twrp 3 0 2 0
So I granted permissions for each google app and same for google services on settings/apps and now I don't have any issues.
Please if someone have an account to 4pda.ru please tell me because I find some useful file there for tweaking this phone but I can't download without an account.

How is the solution working till now? I bought this yesterday and faced the issue on the same day.
I have been extremely pissed off with my purchase of the zuk and its update to 2.5 and the bugs. Got so bad that I couldnt even use it....now this offers a glimmer of hope. Nitin, you used QFIL to flash the chinese update? and then changed the language to English?
Thanks for the vid, but couldnt make out most of it. Too much of a distance from the screen for me to really make out what files you selected ( Or is it my eyesight?)
Audio would also help a lot.....I was thinking of flashing another ROM, but would like to stick around and play with the original one for some time.
Any inputs, steps on a note pad on what you did, audio....anything would help. Could I trouble you for this?

He's using qfil software for flashing Chinese zui 2.5.412 st , you can download needed files from the description of his YouTube videos & you can learn how to use qfil separately , if you are going to do this you can message me i have better solution !

I had unlocked bootloader and rooted my Honor 7X Indian version a long time ago. Since then I could not check xda and neither remember the tools I used to do the same.
I had received a notification for OTA update to firmware BND-AL10C675B161CUSTC675D001 for size 482 Mb. when I try to download and install it through phone, it boots into recovery and gives an error message.
Current firmware is:BND-AL10C675B141
Can someone pls guide me how can upgrade to latest firmware?

That is still a nougat rom. I think there is slightly newer version still on nougat, but several more with update to oreo.
Either way you can use HWOTA to to do FULL-OTA updates. . Having root is blocking you from taking the ota in a regular way, as of now.

That is normal to have the strange file names.
Afaik , you can flash direct to that version, as long as it is always the fullota.
And for quickest response, join this telegram group. We have many, many knowledgeable members , all of them are helpful.

I just got my huawei matepad 10.4 and did the noob mistake of upgrading it.... Now i'm on 10.1.0.192 and my tablet is BAH3-W09 european and I don't find anywhere the firmware to downgrade and be able to install google services.

I was too looking for it, I was searching all the common sites for it... then I ran into a Segunda Mano post... it was for sale... luckly they had a picture for the tablet specs... and there it was...
The original firmware is: 10.1.0.161 C605E2R1P2
It updates to: 10.1.0.197 C605E2R1P2
Now I just need to find it and install it.
So... I got Netflix working at 540p on the native app, the latest version.
And I got Prime Video at 720p on Firefox App, in desktop Mode...
I am... confused by Disney+ It seems to run at 720 in the app, or it may be 1080... not really sure and do not know how to check it, on Firefox it seems to run at 540p... watchable, but the audio is a bit faded. Will try different browsers to see if I can get at least 720 in netflix.

I think I found it in the Firmware finder App (available from the playstore or similar), here's the website: https://pro-teammt.ru/ (same as the app and there are some posts here in XDA about that site). I have the 3 files but not sure how to install.
I'm sending you a PM just to get in contact, maybe you know better and help me with the installation.
