After booting, it works for 15 seconds, freezing and reboots suddenly. So that I don't think it's ready for testing.

No - and it will hardly ever work since closed source stuff is involved that would need updates from Oppo

TouchWiz roms are modified stock samsung images, so until samsung releases a 7.1.1 rom their will not be any.

if you wanted to use emotion 14.1 with your gear, you can install the gear apps link and edit the build.prop so ro.product.manufacturer=(something other than samsung here) and reboot.

Yes, like mine right now my build.prop has ro.product.manufacturer=htc instead of ro.product.manufacturer=samsung
It seems that someone has created an unofficial build of LineageOS 14.1 Nougat for S3 NEO (s3ve3g) a few days ago.

Ofc I tested this I'm the developer
It would obviously won't boot and since this isn't fixed I decided to delete the upload...
If you want it back online ask but it wouldn't be worth as it stucks on Samsung bootlogo for whatever reason I don't know why
(I need help with that!!!)
Meanwhile you could check out my LineageOS 13.0 project I'm currently developing (next to LineageOS 14.1)

We now passed the Post samsung screen and hanging in a bootloop, were working hard on it for you to boot it up.
Zygote Manager makes some problems...

BRE5 base isn't playing well with AOSP
Is there a AOSP compatible Device tree for starlte?
Simply adapting the .dependencies and .mk files does compile but results in a bootloop.
Can you add Screenshots please? but overall your work seems quite awesome.
