Thanks

Works fine for me
I have my HTC One M7 connected to my car and my SW3 at the same time, so I assume your Z3 would be no different.

Up to what i know, Bluetooth devices can connect with 1 device at the time. No more than one in the same moment

I've never seen a Bluetooth host that can only connect to one device, but older clients devices and dumb current devices (like a mouse for instance) Will be liked to one yes...
A watch can only be connect to one, but a phone can have a watch and a mouse and headphones all connected at one.
It really depends on the profile type

I can connect my z2 to my sw3 sbh52 and ds4 all at the same time since both our phones support Bluetooth 4.0 you should be able to do the same
The answer is yes, obviously, and independent from the Bluetooth version: any smartphone can connect to multiple Bluetooth devices.
What can no be shared are profiles: only one of the devices can be the target for some of the profiles. Eg: the headset profile: the phone needs to know which device should redirect sound to. Similarly for media streaming.
Android Wear smartwatches do not support the headset or media streaming profile from the phone, so they will not interfere with other devices.
If connection With Car is with remote sim access, connection with smartwatch same time won't work
How to connect simultaneous Bluetooth devices
I'm curious to know how you're connecting multiple Bluetooth devices to your smart phones, as the (esp) Sony site explicitly states that you can only connect one Bluetooth device at a time to the phone. I'm extremely interested in how to do this, since I have recently purchased the smartwatch 3 and wish to also use my Bluetooth headset and/or Kenwood car stereo to connect simultaneously.
You can connect many bluetooth devices with bluetooth to your smartphone, but you can connect one bluetooth device for each kind of devices. For example you can't connect 2 bluetooth headphone at the same time, but you can connect headphone, smartwatch, odb for car data, etc at the same time!
That's right. My Xperia is connected with headset, smartwatch and heart rate Monitor same time. All working together with my Training App.

Interestingly enough now that there is a need for multiple devices to be connected via bluetooth at once, I thought that this would be a problem. I used to just have my phone connected to either my bluetooth surround at home or my car or something else like a laptop. Never more than one thing at once. Then I got the SW3 and tested it. The very first time I got in my car and the watch was connected, my phone connected to bluetooth but it could not connect all the way. After that, I turned of bluetooth on my phone, turned it on again and it reconnnected to the car and the SW3 perfectly. I love it. I have a 2011 Rav4 Premium with Toyota Blulogic, a Sony XperiaZ, and now the SW3. It is a great triad in my opinion, but I would love it if my phone got the Android L update soon so that the SW3 and the phone could match a bit more....OCD I guess LOL
I think this is not double Bluetooth, but how the Bluetooth le protocol works. You could always connect more than one device at the same time (to most phones). You just could not use the same protocol at the same time. So, a keyboard and headphones wprk together with your phone. The bluetooth le, is a separate beast. So, it should work at the same time as things like your car or head phones. The cool thing is that our watch can connect to headphones (and maybe other devices) without a phone.

Problems with sound via Bluetooth on xiaomi mi 4 lte (mixers paths)

I use xiaomi mi 4 lte c cm 14.1 and the problem with stuttering bt headset, as I understand the whole thing in mixers paths, one of the developers it will finally.Ochen a normally working Bluetooth
I have the same issue on OnePlus One (bacon), running nightly build "14.1-20170213-Nightly-bacon"
Sounds works fine without bluetooth, once bluetooth connected there is no sound via neither device nor bluetooth headset. I upgraded (clean install) from CM and it was working fine.

Bluetooth and WIFI interference on Xiaomi Mi 6

Hi everybody,
since I bought my Xiaomi Mi 6 last year I am having the following problem:
If I am using WIFI and connect a bluetooth audio device the connection always lags drastically and it is not possible to listen to music properly.
I didn't have this issue on my LG G2 before and in addition, other people who use my WIFI in combination with the same bluetooth devices do not come across this problem.
Furthermore there is no such thing if I am using my computer to listen to music via bluetooth.
Is there anybody who has noticed the same problem and found a proper solution?
Thanks in advance!

Hot Audio/ Dasaita PX5 4G - Anyone got Blutooth or Usb tether working?

My friend and I both got this head unit for our Honda Civics and we cannot get Usb tether or Blutooth tether working. I have a Note 9 and he has a 2 year old samsung phone but not sure what model. The head unit does not detect the connection when the phone is set to USB or bluetooth tether. Standard bluetooth works fine and syncs fine.
Is this not supported on the unit? Has anyone gotten it working?
NOTE: We have both updated the MCU to the latest 3.06 and the latest update and he tried it on an older mcu also.
I use wifi tethering.
No bluetooth tethering is supported as bluetooth is controlled by mcu

Bluetooth, 4G connectivity and notifications issues

hi everyone,
(i posted a similar message to another thread which might be obsolete)
my previous phone was a redmi note 6 pro and now i run a redmi note 8.
On both phones are installed the same apps, same use and same connected devices.
Issues on redmi note 8 (runs MIUI Global 11.0.4 PCOMIXM Stable):
1. it cannot maintain bluetooth connection (initially is connected but connection breaks as long as a call takes place) with car's infotainment . I've read that smartwatch app might cause the problem, in my case amazfit, which is true but i do need both amazfit app and bluetooth connection to my car. I changed AVRCP from default 1.4 to 1.6 but didnt help. Any help?
2. While redmi note 8 is connected to bluetooth headset (i've checked meizu ep51 and mi sports) all text message notifications sounds go through the headset not the phone. Notifications settings are checked. I think its a wider issue. A workaround is to disable media audio for specific bluetooth connections but you can not listen music thru the headset then.
surprisingly Redmi note 6 pro handled all aforementioned successfully.
3. mobile internet connections is often interrupted (for an unknown to me reason) and i have to switch on-off airplane mode to restore internet connection

nope
in addition to all these issues i realized that from some apps with all necessary permissions given there are no notifications at all. Another issue is that DND seems not to work. No matter if DND is enabled or not by AutoDND option, sounds are active unless i turn on or off manually
I wonder if a custom ROM is free of these bugs, but which one?

why don't you try flashing the stock ROM with mi flash via the fastboot method and then see if these issues still exist.

In case the ROM hasn't been flashed correctly?
Does it make difference from downloading the latest package by the updater menu?

Yes you can update from updater app too...but it's much better if you flash via mi flash fastboot method as it's a much more clean flashing and also it flashes all the partitions... fastboot flash is known to solve some issues...make sure you have a backup of your data .... you'll also need an unlocked bootloader but that's not an issue as you can lock your bootloader again if you want to while flashing via mi flash

I have the same issue, can you solve it?

No , i have no solution of anything. I reflashed phone's same ROM, no hope.
I look for a custom rom hoping it would be bug free
Same problem here ( Redmi Note 8T MIUI V11.0.3.0.PCXEUXM)... Using Notify & Fitness for Amazfit with my Amazfit GTR and connection is unstable, every now and then connection is lost. Also transferring watchface is taking long time, about 10 seconds for 1%, and on my old Huawei it is about 1 second for 1%. I also tried another watch, but same problems. Tried every AVRCP setting (1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6) but same issues. Has anyone tried custom ROM or maybe MIUI EU? I'll try but have to wait 1 week for unlocking bootloader.
I also have to wait one week to unlock my phone. Firstly I'll try a XTRV ROM which is China source based.
