i did this because when i posted the thread i've seen that i had put it in the wrong Category,so that is the reason

As you can see the results in the other mirror thread this is not possible

I was posting a solution to fix annoying wi-fi issues with Samsung Galaxy I 9000 with images but the forum is not allowing me to post ? I plan to contribute a full series of problem fixes with this particular device. Can any mod allow images only (no links to other sites) for my account ?

Threads closed without a reason?

Just wondering why were the following threads closed without being given a reason.

I'm not sure, it looks like a mistake, I have PM'd the mod who closed it, asking them to enlighten us - it was only 4hrs ago.

I closed it based on your OP. This will avoid emails being posted as many ppl do not look at the OP. We can always re-open at a later date if you wish. I see no reason to keep it open. If its thanks your wanting to keep it open for, thats what the thanks button is for

Yea. I realized that must've been the reason after some thinking. Closing the thread will prevent people from posting more email addresses in the forum. And, they will start PMing me if I can't update the post. Google+ is still invite based and instant sign up links have a 150 limit. That means all those links will expire pretty soon and will need an update.
But, nonetheless, just a suggestion for XDA. It'd be better if EMails are prevented being from posted in all threads. It will only invite harvest bots.

So did you want it to remain open to avoid PMs or will you let me know when to reopen?

I'd prefer it to be reopened sooner. Reopen it whenever you have the time. No hurry and no worries. =)

Keyboard shortcuts to navigate forums / threads?

I looked around a bit and didn't see it, so I'll ask here. Are there any keyboard shortcuts to navigate through the forums and threads? I've just switched to the XDA 2013 beta theme, and still don't know if any are available. If not, please consider this in the future. I've gotten accustomed to using it on Slashdot, and it makes life easier sometimes. Thanks!

Good work, I know stuff like this can take a bit to implement, but the mods and admins are good about listening when we try to make good suggestions.

Blacklist for Auto Banning Spammer / Flooder

Really there is no one black list for auto banning spammers and flooders?
Why not implement it NOW ?
That's so simple and so easy.

@VD171 With the ammount of spam daily coming in I fully understand your impressions; however, please allow me to assure you that we have and use "tools" to defeat spammers you just don't recognise them - and for obvious reasons we don't promote them or share information publicly. But I'm convinced without these tools your experience would be worse.
