I would like to add in lineage OS the weather in the status bar as it has the OCTOS rom or AIM. How do I do it?

Do you know how to make Navigation Bar transparent in OxyenOS with Root?
In custom ROMs, i use substratrum overlays to create a transparent navigation bar.
But OOS Oreo Beta these overlays doesn't work.
Can anyone help me.
