ZS570KL form TIM - not working SIM2 - Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe Questions & Answers

Hi,
Please help.
I am the owner of the new ZS570KL but when I wanted to use it after inserting two sim cards detects me only SIM1. I have tried on several sim and only continue to detect SIM1.
Will this feature be included as in Lenovo?

The Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe Tim branded is a single sim model due to hardware limitations. There isn't written "sim 2" on the sim card slot in fact

[Q] NO SIM message but not on all Sim

Hi, I bought a used unlocked galaxy note 2,
origin Expansys from France with latest version of FW (checked),
I live in Italy and putting my sim Postemobile the phone says NO SIM
I've tried other 7 sim (and between all of them , only 2 work (also
2 different operators, 3 and Vodafone), this is the report of the all sim try:
1 - Postemobile : no
2 - Tre(3) : no
3 - Tre(3) : yes
4 - Tre(3) : no
5 - Tre(3) : no
6 - Vodafone : yes
7 - Wind : no
It does not seem an HW problem (my sim is new and work with other phone, also on another
Note 2).
Which can be the problem?
Please help me. :-/
P.S. Now the phone is not in my hands ....
Sorry, anyone with same problem ?
Please help.
Solved.
Defective Sim slot, returned.

Dual SIM problem

Hi there,
I have Moto Z2 Play model XT1710-09 global EU version, unlocked. Regular box with two IMEI numbers, in Hardware information dual sim's checked with 'true' but SIM2 slot doesn't detect sim card... Any ideas, suggestions, would be grateful... Thanks in advance!

Samsung J6 (sm-j600fn). Ready for Dual SIM ?

Hi,
I have a SM-j600FN and I know that the model for dual sim would be SM-j600FN/DS.
My doubt if the SM-j600FN have the hardware for support the second sim or somebody have converted to dual-sim? I searched but I have find nothing. My next step is buy the second tray for dual sim or convert my current second tray for accept the sim (the default cannot be used)
Update: I have installed a second sim and obviously the device/rom don't recognize

Thanks & regards,
I bought this J6 today and was kind of surprised it has dual sim for such a low price.
It has a tray for a simcard only and a tray for memory card + 2nd simcard.
Too bad i only have an old no (longer active) sim card as my second to test, but when insert it recognises the card and the provider shows up and when i want to make a call i get 2 phone icons and i can decide which simcard i want to use.
Thanks for your answer.
Could you say me the exact model of your J6 please?
I suspicious that my phone have a rom modified by my provider (Vodafone) and lock the second tray. I did the same test than you and the phone didn't recognize/detect the sim card.
Regards.

I have updated the rom via Odin with PHE rom and in SW's provider I see PHE/PHE/ATL instead of ATL/ATL/ATL and the second sim tray is not detected too. I guess that my hardware is not compatible with dual seem
some other experience?
regards and thanks.

I only have one SIM slot in tray. Can I swap it and make my phone DUAL SIM?

I know A70 is dual SIM. However my 705W variant only has a 1 SIM slot. The 2nd SIM slot tray is covered with a plastic. If I switch my SIM tray with a 2 SIM tray will my phone become dual sim?

yes you could try grarak modified lineage OS build which unlocked the 2st sim card slot , but you could have bands related problems.

But even if it's unlocked via software, can it work without hardware modifications? I mean, do single sim models have a second sim reader inside?
You are asking about hardware modification.
Maybe you can get one of those microsd card + simcard combo module from alibaba.
Couple with it modified firmware, and maybe it would be possible
Is is possible to convert samsung A70 single sim to dual Sim SM 705w model?
