Create bootanimations.zip with these tools

Here's a tool that lets you take any animated gif apart. Then use android bootanimation creator to make the zip file!
The gif ripper is called GiFFrame.exe. Use that to take apart the animated gif.
Then either create the animation manually or use android bootanimation creator. Copy the bootanimation.zip file in system/media folder. (rename the one that's there first so you know what it is.) The system will only recognize the file named bootanimation.zip. You need to have a kernel that supports this feature.

]How to use this bootanimation？
1) download and extract the file
2) choose the bootanimation you want to use
3) copy the file to phone
4) use Root Explorer put the file to system/media ( if RE show bootanimation.zip already exists. Do you want to overwrite it ? press Yes)
5) set permissions to rw-r--r--
6) Reboot!​
Congratulation ! You success change your bootanimation
