Bootloader Lock and Quarantee

I want sell my phone but i was open bootloader lock and its mean no quarantee. How i can relock bootloader? is that a possible. I want quarantee back

[Q] unlocking and relocking BL

Hello , after unlocking BL what things not working with OP3 ?
And
with relocked BL with all stock can i get OTA and can install it successfully

AFAIK, unlocking the bootloader does not have any effect on the working of the phone. I have unlocked it in all my phones and tabs with no effect on the functioning of the devices.
As for OTA, if you are unrooted with a locked bootloader and with no changes to the system files, then you can receive and install it.
