It means no update yet in your country, you can check the list of the region that already update on sammobile.com, just type gt-n5100 in firmware search

i have check it.. it has android 4.2.2 for my region..im from malaysia..it XME version..

Well... if you have the carrier network aplication on your Note, then you have to wait until they release the update.
If not, I don't know what happen, because my device always on root condition and hit 21 counters, never got the OTA.
Try download from Sam if you like to.

just download the files at sammobile and flash it thru odin... kies kind of useless... or if you near any SC.. just go there and ask them to update for you.. they will do it for free
I bought galaxy grand from saudi arabia. After my firmware update to 4.2.2, mobile is getting stuck and became very slow. main problem is, when i use camera to take photos, i can hear the camera sound ,but it is not taking photos..please give me the solution bros..Thanks

Easy, just download other country firmware from sammobile.com (middle east if you prefer arabic language) then download odin3.04, put your phone into download mode, open odin and check pda, choose the firmware and flash it, this can loss your data, backup it first.
