Need help to fix tethering n hotspot
Ive been followed so many tutorial but still cant fix
When i turn on the tethering & portable hotspot it went on n then off so many times
Im on kitkat 108
Rooted

Hello I just got my Touch Pro 2 replaced from T mobile and now I need re-do my wifi sharing (to use the phone as a wireless router) but I dont even know where to begin. I searched this site for it but all I got were links to downloads but I dont know what to do after I download it. If someone can please explain step by step for this installation I would be so very greatful. Please help??

I rooted my DEsire with stock 2.2 froyo bootloader 0.93,
i really need to use wifi proxy, can any1 plz tell me about a custom rom that has a proxy support in it, all help will be much appreciated,

No ROMs (indeed no Android devices in general) support Wifi proxy.
There are some 'half' work arounds on this forum somewhere.
I dnt understand why google wont include such a basic support in their OS! this is really disappointing.. can u plz recommend to those forums u talked about r is there any app to make proxy work ?
It's on THESE forums, but until Google enable it then Android won't support it

hello there ... i bought this new Asus Fonepad 7 three weeks ago , everything was working very fine until two days ago when i tried to tether my 3G connection from my Fonepad via Wi-Fi Hotsopt (as i always did) ... the wifi hotspot doesn't activate anymore , it tries to activate but disconnects after a second immediately!!!!
I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE , THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME!!!

i downloaded it and installed it on my phone , when i activate wi-fi tethering it says "Error : setWifiApEnabled [class android.net.wifi.WifiConfiguration, boolean]

Guys, anybody could help with this please??? any update???? how to roll back to 4.2 to avoid the issue. Asus is not supportive at all....
