I unlocked the bootloader and OEM setting but when I tried to boot to twrp or flash recovery fastboot gives error.

It doesn't work. I mean it downloads but when the time phone restarts by pressing 3 buttons, boots through Lenovo animation not TWRP.

press it for 10-15 sec after u press download button, and then let phone and it will boot in twrp.

hey. i had the same problem with my phone. i have lenovo vibe p1a42 with 2GB RAM. it is not lenovo p1 turbo.. so will it work for my device?

You must remove battery! Then put it in Wave and quickly press at the same time:
1. Volume Down Button
2. End Call Button
3. Lock Button

you mast use Multiloader V.5.67 to flash your phone .
reflash it , if you again have problem try another fw or redownload your fw

Need more info. What device do you have? Are you rooted, using a custom recovery?

try going with the button combination into recovery and doing a hard reset, if that doesn't work flash the appropriate kdz file
how to enter recovery via buttons
Now, press and hold Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
When the LG logo appears, release the keys.
Immediately press Power and Volume Down buttons again until the Hard Reset menu will be displayed.
Press Power button once and confirm the hard reset operation (this will not be necessarily if your LG G3 is running on a custom recovery image).
That’s it; now your LG G3 will boot into recovery mode.

Hold Pwr + vol down, that should take you to the bootloader. From there you can flash anything you want using fastboot.
