[[SOLVED]] Does anyone succeed to move app to system partition ??? j2 prime SM-G532F - Samsung Galaxy J2 Questions & Answers

Hello everyone
Everybody knows annoying lack of memory in J2 prime
So I got twrp and root. And freed from bloat-ware 500mb in system partition
Tried a lot to move different user apps (from /data) to system/app or system/priv-app
none of my tries had succeed
tried different methods titanium backup , lucky patcher, root uninstaller ....
even manually by root explorer (after giving permisions)
my firmware version is G532FXXU1AQG2
Please who has successfully moved apps to system partition help me too
tnx

I find out how to do
move to system/priv-app via root explorer
and set permissions:
for every folder rwx r-x r-x
for every file rw- r-- r--
owner root
than reboot
if icon is disappeared in settings of phone open applications settings
then disable enable moved app (you can also try to clean cache remains)

Dont move them, if you do that then when the app updates it will suck your internal memory, and won't move to sd even with adaptive storage on.

[Q] Android /System/app question

Guys,
I want to understand Android a bit better.
I'm running LeeDroid 2.2d A2SD, so all my apps are running on the SD
1) Now what is the difference between \System\app & \Data\app ?
2) Which of those two is redirected to the SD card?
3) Is there some good reasons to put an application in \system\app instead of \data\app, performance maybe ?
Thanks for the gurus that can answer these questions
/system/ is the system partition, under normal conditions, users do not have write access to this partion. Obviously rooting and s-off will allow write access to this partition, /data/ is the user partiton, it holds all downloaded apps in /data/app and all user data and settings in /data/data. When you use app2sd+ /data/app/ and the dalvik cache is moved to /system/sd/app and /system/sd/dalvik-cache. (the ext partition). Now although you can manually move apps to /system/app, these apps will not be updatable by normal methods, the only way to update apps on the /system/ partition is to manually replace the old .apk with the updated version. One great way ive found to increase space is to change the partition tables of the mtd partitions on your device. Basically reducing the size of the /system/ partition and adding that reclaimed space to data, there is a tut in the development section on this!

Ok so it is best to put launcher pro and beautifull widgets on the /system/app directory so that it can be loaded from memory instead of SD card.
So I tried to copy the launcherpro apk from /data/app to /system/app after putting the system directory in RW mount with root explorer.
But it doesnt seem to happen and after one minute the phone reboots and nothing has been done ...
Probably because launcher pro is running..
Question 1: How can I write the launcher pro and beautifull widgets apk to the /system/app directory
Question 2: What happens to the settings/data from launcher pro?

[Q] Problem with changing /system permissions

I tried changing Rosie.apk and move it back to /system/app
Im using Root explorer
after I changed Permissions to "system" (rw-r--r--) and to app (the same permissions) I copied the file and want to go back and change to the dufault.
but I get FC and the phone stuck, and the only solution is to return to Recovery, and restore.
maybe there's another option to change back the permissions?

aaaand on description say: backup your original apk. lol But how does that?
iam overwhelmed XD
firstly the apk is not for install manually.
you need to move it to system/app using root explorer.
ffirstly copy the file to system
mount r/w
and change the permission to 644 or rw-r--r--
now move systemui.apk to system/app
and restart phone,
it should take effect.

so I tried installing a systemUI.apk, and lost my notification bar and lock screen.
I tried moving the original apk back but it wouldnt work.
on ESFile explorer, mount r/w has ro and rw options. which ones do I need to have checked?

Check both r/w.
And SystemUI.apk cannot be installed. Shouldn't be either.

[Q] Unable to change rw-r-r settings

I copied few custom apks such as battery percentage and stored in my sd card and then moved them to system/apps and pasted it there.
I opened its properties to check if it is in rw-r-r mode and it is there, however after restarting my phone I am unable to see the new icons.
I tried to see if the rw-r-r settings are working or not and I am getting this message "change permissions failed".
I am currently on .55 version and have rooted and want to add custom UI.
Please help.
Make sure the /system is R/O

Apps disappear when moved to system

Hello, I'm trying to move mostly updated versions of system apps from data to system to free some space on data (can't install that hearthstone goddammit) so I tried to move stuff like new facebook and other updated system apps. Also stuff like keyboard or messenger. I tried using lucky patcher as well as moving it manually with root explorer, and I can move it just fine, but as soon as I reboot, folders of apps I moved get deleted. I'm on rooted Android 6.0.1 if it's of any help. Any ideas?
Did you adjusted the permission for the moved apps to -rw-r--r-- and place them in a folder where the folder name is the app name?
