working Recovery for .423 locked BL?

Can someone please give me some advice for a working Recovery, FW 10.3.A.0.423, Rooted and Bootloader is locked.

Original development section. Root V13 and recovery 6.0.3 works on JB 4.2.2 for all ZL devices.

[Q] n7105 emergency calls only after reset

Hi guys, hope everyone is well,
my problem is that after i unlocked this n7105 on ee using an unlock code from ebay, it worked for a few days then i reset it, and it just came on with emergency calls only, tried different sim cards, same issue.
its not blocked
its running 4.3
imei comes up when i dial 06#
i tried flashing different modems with odin but with no joy.
can anyone shed light?
any help greatly appreciated and thanks for taking the time to view.

Did you test a patched modem? Flash it.

thanks for the reply, how and where do i find a patched modem... i only found them for a n7100... tried to no avail... is there any detailed instructions on how to do this?

Can you extract modem.bin and upload it here? Use this command in terminal window
su
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p10 of=/sdcard/modem.bin bs=4096

[Q] Param.bin for E250s ( Korean Varaint )

Hi everyone!
I'm writting here to find help to restore my phone to stock!
I flash this ROM, which convert my E250s to N7100 ( internationnal Varaint )
Problem is : the Rom has param.bin file and, when i restore to stock via Odin, all file like boot.img, recovery.img, system.img....ect is back to stock except param.bin ( Cause there is no param.bin in stock MD5 Rom )
Then my wifi doesnt work ( although strong wifi is connected, other devices work. Try with many wifi stations but no luck ).
So i try to search for Param.bin but...no luck too
Now, i really need ur help by back up ur E250s param.bin and plz send it to me
here is the steps :
- Install ADB driver https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_1z...laV3cwa3c/edit
- Check USD debug
- Plug ur phone with a cable, Run ADB command :
adb shell (Enter, E250s will show the question : choose yes)
su ( Enter )
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p4 of=/sdcard/param.bin (Enter)

Look in the ASUS ZenFone 2 all resources thread. You can use the pre root method or the one click root method.

just to confirm, the one click root method is the one that is safer for accidentally upgrading without unrooting?
