I have the zenfone 550kl, I tried to flash twrp. In doing so I managed to mess up my android os. I have tried flashing the stock os, but it tells me wrong sku for the ww version. I have a backup of my os, issue with it is that it wont read my sim card and i cannot use any mobile data and am forced to leave the sim card unplugged. Once entering the sim card, the phone crashes.
I have been scratching my head at this problem for 5hrs now.
Can some one please advise me on what to do next?
Edit: trying to flash the firmware gives me error 7 in twrp.

Hey, I just flashed Emotion Note II onto my phone and now it keeps saying apps are crashing and it restarts my phone, It also doesn't read my sim card anymore. It doesn't show the IMEI number and for baseband it says unknown

Hello. I've a new problem with my phone and thenSim Card. In the day, i have suddenly an error message saying that my sim card is missing. The phone reboot and after it can be good all the day or i can have the same message few minutes later, and same reboot. I've tried this sim card in another phone without problem.
An idea ?

Maybe it's hardware error?restore your phone to it's original state and send it to warranty.
Have you swapped the sim while it was on?the g don't support hot swap,you need to turn off the phone before changing sims.

i have the zenfone 2 ZE551ML.
I managed to flash cyanangenmod 12.1 successfully, but realised the battery sucks. So, i wanted to try resurrection remix so i went into TWRP and did a wotal wipe. Before that, i did not backuo into my micro sd. Now when i try to on my phone or even go to recovery, it just hangs at the powering on page. Please help !
My phone is stuck in the ASUS on page but cannot turn on. Also, it is only recognised by my computer as android, not zenfone.
Have you tried to get to bootloader?

Just download stock firmware from asus support site and flash from pc.
Flash the firmware on top.

I tried reflashing twrp but it just said waiting for connection and the computers only recognized the phone as Android
My Zenfone Selfie now in bootloop, after showing the logo, it start booting again and go into recovery mode. I have tried flashing the official recovery.img and then sideload official rom but it is not successful with error code cannot read zip. Also, I have tried to sideload it through sd card and it is not successful. Anyone have suggestion on solving it? Thanks guys

I have Honor 8 Pro from 1 year now and i have been using Custom ROMs (Thanks to the Developers here) from very long. I was using OpenKirin ROM and then when Android P was release I used FFW to get the latest one and tried to upgrade the phone (thinking that i know everything ).
And the result was catastrophic! Now my phone only boots to recovery mode and if i try to do recovery, it fails.
Current status (Attached Screenshots for reference):
Bootloader locked : says "PHONE locked"
Tried HCU: cannot see any phone info other than Serial number
I have DC-Phoenix+HCU 3 days pack. So please let me know if something can be done to revive my phone. Please let me know if someone can help.
Hi, did you recover your phone finally.? Actually mine also stuck with same problem but the only difference is my phone status shows phone BOOTLOADER Unlock, FRP - UNLOCK.
Unable to do anything but am able to flash twrp and have Access in twrp but unable to flash anything coz all partitions are deleted. Shall I keep any hopes.??
