There was an issue with the host, so I switched to Androidfilehost. I didn't mean to give you a bad representation.
Also, the tag is right. It is just flashed over LineageOS just to use as base. I am working towards getting it all together.

I appreciate that you want to share this to the community OP, but at least do it by respecting and giving credit to the others who have worked on this before you.
I downloaded your zip and checked your Album and Music MD5 with mines from XOSPApps and they're identical.
Mine are decompiled and recompiled with a different signature so they're different from the original versions from Sony.
So the only place from where you could have possibly took them is from XOSP.
Even if the project is dead I am still receiving infos from users which are scouting for these threads or sharing stuff and I am glad they're reporting it to me.
I checked only these 2 Apps but I won't continue since I already know where this will lead.
So you got basically 1 option here, that you tell to the users exactly from where you took the Apps and to ask a Mod to close this thread, else I will. You should have gave proper credits before releasing the thread.

ROM boots,WiFi works,data works,bluetooth works suffering random reboots,no sound via speakers but headset audio does work, and camera doesn't work
Edit:haven't experienced anymore random reboots after the first 2
Edit 2: that's weird, all of a sudden the camera wants to work

ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
Coming from another rom/clean install:
Reboot to recovery, flash required firmware
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
Updating from a previous Tesla build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.

If you want root access, SuperSU will need to be flashed, v2.78 works for me. After flashing, your device may boot twice before boot animation, don't worry it'll be fine after that.
Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app. Some themes may have a little catching up to do, have fun testing them!

I just gave this a clean flash and my G4 Plus doesn't have the option for fingerprint. It's not anywhere in the settings. The device model shows G4 Plus in device section, though. Everything else looks fantastic.

Discontinuing support from my end. Too many roms to maintain. I will stick with Cypher & beanstalk . Meanwhile if anyone else is ready to maintain the rom i m ready to handover the thread ownership.
tesla is a great rom in my opinion , if i could suggest i would ask you to keep supporting tesla and cypher or drop support for slim rom. Its your choice i would happy with what ever you choose

The author has released version 6. I saw you had replied to that thread you would make ROM based on version 6. Is it that version that you call it as beta version?
I call it beta because I have a group in telegram where people try the rom before launching it in post and that is the maximum functional, I do not like to launch it without trying for possible failures to appear later. quietly they are commenting me the rom improves much to the version 4 of pinella de miui 9.2.4. clarify this rom I did not do it, I just picked it up and translated it and fixed the temperature sensor that made the phone reach temperatures of 40-50-60 C °

I had a tough time deciding which ROM to flash on my device. This looks promising.
fm radio speaker mode doesn't work
One of the best ROM till date for this phone. Fixes more issues that just cosmetic changes. Not much to personalise though but that is a good tradeoff for a one of the most stable pie ROM.
One thing dearly missing is the accented colours and system wide dark mode.

When i was on LG phones, Carbon and AICP were among the top favorite. There might be slightly better ROMs now, but i still have those nostalgic feelings for both of them and would love having complete builds for the Mi8, but i'm just being selfish. There would probably be too many bugs for continued use anyway. I keep going back to modified stock, because all ROMs have their bugs/issues.

There might be slightly better ROMs now, but i still have those nostalgic feelings for both of them and would love having complete builds for the Mi8, but i'm just being selfish. There would probably be too many bugs for continued use anyway. I keep going back to modified stock, because all ROMs have their bugs/issues.
