I have a theme I use on my Pixel that might work with your TWRP. Extract the zip and place the theme folder into the TWRP folder on your sdcard. This was not designed by me but modified by me changing Color scheme and making it compatible with dual boot devices. Designed by G.M.L. at this thread.

You should look for bootanimation factory, it's on xda. If you only want to see that picture, it's very easy to create.
EDIT: oh I see this is animated...you need the single .PNG images for a bootani.
Rom toolbox app from market has a gif-to-bootanim feature...could be great but never works lol.

I am starting this thread because I have been working on themeing the ENERGY rom. The one file I can't seem to find is the background that is a base background for all apps. I have attached an image of it in the background when installing an app. Anybody know what the name of this file is or how to change it?

Hi, yeah, that happens in more applications (like calendar, etc). If you extracted them from a mod it is safest that you have tried to install them. To me for example it looks like in the image with the mod j7 / s6.
