I flash cm14.1 it is ok... after i restore a backup 4.4.2 ->> brick (... i try flash stock rom but it's don't working... and odin delete my back up

I come here because i try to find a solution but.. i dont find it anymore !
My father have a galaxy note 2 , it was on 4.4.2 and he wants me to go on resurection remix. no probs ! i do it but...
I have no notwork... i check my IMEI and its a 0049 starting... damit ....
And of course ! i loose my EFS backup !!!
So i try to flash a stock rom and... nothing.. no network and still 0049 .. my note 2 is an official witch i buy in a official shop... (3 years ago or more , dont remember...)
Someone have any solution please ?

I upload solutions after 2 days.

dear all i anyone have TWRP full backup. coz honor not publish stock firmware till time.
i need it coz i have many problems like contact not saved with name it save number only, theme not applied, screen lock not change

Or go to guarantee service will install rom for you
I need the original system partition so that I can restore the original recovery and update for volte.
