Issues found:
*Phone suddenly freezes at times and reboots itself
*Some UI isn't centered, the screen is more to the left.
*Vitual home button(navbar) appears at AOD
Suggestion:
I believe it's better to remove the "gap" on the sides that we assume supposed to be the "edge-screen". It looks aweful to the J7 having a weird space/gap at the sides, so if you can resize the screen to a flat screen like what J7(2017) really have, it would be better. No edge sides or gaps.
Overall, it's one of the best ROMs I'd choose for the J730***
tested rom from J7 Pro Variant J730GM
errors found
- freezes and restarts with applications.
- you can not use whatsapp reboots just by moving between the chats.
- the load animation is not centered.
- it runs out of volume
- and more errors that I do not remember
- the samsung music application is cut off, as if it detected the navigation bar.
- Please fix the problem of continuous reboots whatsapp and maa applications
- loading animation
-Remove screen resolution section.
The rom is very fluent but if it affects you it reboots very often.

Damn, I'm really frustrated right now.
I just discovered that the screen is bugged when in landscape mode, and you cant play or use the app when on landscape...
That's a huge thumbs down for me now.. :crying:

This is based off AOSP and not Touchwiz. So you wnt be having the default Samsung features. U can try 3rd party apps for the same.

Yep.you can uninstall it.But Before Install Backup Your Old Music If Your Device Damaged..
There are some problems in s7 people edge
I meant if we can control the music app from the edge screen as we can with the stock music app that has music controls

We had earlier heard rumors that the Android N may not feature the App Drawer & this option is somewhat close to what was rumoured. Once you enable this all the applications would move to the home screen in the order of how they were installed and there’s no other customization offered. If you disable this option a message would appear stating “A separate Apps screen will be created so that you can easily find your most important apps via the Apps icon on the home screen. Any customizations you have previously made to the home screen will be discarded.
*.Quick Dial:This is an option that allows you to simple make a call with long press of the home key and a name. Once enabled it will be used instead of the Google App when you press and hold the Home Key. We gave this feature a try, and looks like its powered with the Samsung’s own proprietaryS-Voice functionand it could not call the person weintended to, following which threwan error on the screen as shown below.

As far as I know, these apps are basically for standard displays like Note 4, S7 etc. So the clock, phone, etc so not have any provision for any features on the edge screen.
The S7 edge works very differently from the Note Edge, so the ports are not likely to work on edge screen features.

Yeah you are right, fixed this now
I have been using it for a bit more than a week and I can say the performance is very good, much snappier than other roms and also than stock, but the battery usage is being around 3.6%/h screen off.
I guess thats the tradeoff for good performance, I have some background apps that use bluetooth maybe thats the reason.
please let me know if this is normal.

The Rom is excellent but a battery sipper, anyhow everything is working fine except sometimes in high demanding games there is a screen tearing that keeps happening and it's fixed by going to the home screen and then coming back to the game.

I havent tested this but It could be due to overheating?, have you tried the new GPU drivers from magisk?
Hi! I've been using it like a week, I found these bugs:
-Gestures Navbar can't be used when you use a custom resolution (via dpichanger)
-Sometimes when trying to pull notifications bar from the left side it won't open (in normal resolution)
-Some notifications won't open at all (photo below)
-Camera can't record
I know it's a beta and don't complain, just wanted to notify if you didn't know about one of these.

hola Jose, I havent notice any of these issues, maybe is related to changing the resolution back and forth, and for the camera, it also does work well, altought i was unable to make the motocamera2 working. the one included worts fine.
I recommend you to do a factory reset or reinstall and try to reproduce the issues before using the dpi changer for the first time.

these ones, you must have magisk root to install them, maybe you have to activate them, I havent testet that so please let us know if that works.

on stock mine lasted 18 hours normal usage, and while using this one it lasted about 12 or less hours,
so its about one third less of battery life.
but the performance is much much better than stock. you will be really impressed. 3d mark score is 98% better than all other motorola ones in the world.
Hello, so the ROM is very, very good, the performance is excellent and the battery usage has improved a lot, I wanted to report a bug that is: the system does not recognize the PS4 control, it connects either via bluetooth or via otg but no it works, and gamepad setup apps don't recognize the controller either. What are the steps to install the ROM? Thanks!
The rom works great and it's very smooth but i found a bug.
Fingerprint sensor isn't detected by any apps, only works on lockscreen.

Apart from that, McLaren and CyberPunk ones looks like one from Oneplus Special edition releases.

Names and correspondence don't have visual effect on selection unless you already know what you selecting. In my opinion you should add some visual interaction

For fingerprint you have to choose default Cosmos from system settings as mentioned in Main post notes.

I really like the look of the Oneplus McLaren edition ambient display and couldn't find it in this application. I extracted a 7T Pro image to get the graphics and janked together this apk that can replace the minimal6 clock with the mclaren edition. Hopefully a more streamlined solution can make it into a future release as I only know how to swap images. Here are the original assets plus a dial I combined to make it work with the current code. Thanks for the great work!
EDIT: Updated links as I realized the center dot was not showing.

mhm i am aware. but i thought there was something called platform. us having mediatek chipsets and S22 having qualcom and exynos its suprising.. i never thought it'd be possible. i'll give it a try later when i am ready to switch to one ui. i am daily driving gsi's for now

yes i know. But about samsung dex might be the only thing people might flash this for. Because rest of the stuff can be enabled by floating tweaks. I already made a thread on that. But i dont think this phone does display output through USB c port. never tried but considering this is an Midrange A series phone its very unlikely. And casting your display to a external tv maybe in that case but still not useful.
