i accidentally deleted DocumentsUI.apk from my phone since it was irritating to enable it everytime after reboot
now i can't save edited image to my SD cause it ask for the base SD to enable save to SD.
already download the apk from other type of miui phone but it always force closing
can anyone help me provide the latest or at least from MIUI8 for Redmi 3s?

I don't think you can install it as an user app. It should be installed as a system app.
i installed it as user app then try to change it to system app using titanium, but it takes ages. i dont think titanium can do it?
is there any simple way to do it?

Flashable zips are a way to go. You could either search in google, there are guides there or you could get help from a developer

Hi,
I stupidly deleted an system app 'Flash' to be precise while experimenting with Titanium Backup. Firstly I updated the default Flash to the new 10.1 then integrated it to the ROM then decided I wanted to undo this, but can't find and option to do this procedure.
Please can some one help me restore my HTC Desire default flash.
Just to note backup doesn't seem to restore anything.

If it was a .APK that you deleted, the easiest option is to us ADB push command to put it back on the phone.
You would need to source it first, but you should find it if you extract you ROM.ZIP file.

Post exactly which ROM you are using and i'll remove it for you and post it up
hmm flash. If only we had a unified place where we could collect all such third party apps. It could have a search function, menus and maybe even paid apps. Then people in need of an app could just find it here and install it right away.
Ohh wait it's called the market.
If the app is gone, you should be able to install it from the market and afterwards you can move the .apk file to the system partition.

I have 3.6 gb of storage avilble but cant install anything! And i tried like 6 apps and nothing my phone is rooted .
Plz help what to do??

Go in recovery and clear the cache and reboot, that should fix it.

Are you on stock or custom rom?
stock rom odin rooted
Go to data/app delete the .odex in the folder

But its not only googe play problem its also happens on apps idownload fro the computer
Do you have lucky patcher installed, I had this problem as I tried to remove ads from fragger.
After I uninstalled fragger I couldn't reinstall it until I removed the luckypatcher cache.

Make sure you aren't using the app "Screen Filter".
For some reason this app can prevent you from installing apks....don't ask me why...

ive rece3ntly got this problem.. i did find out however that it was the particular app that was working.. everything else would download. Now apk's i can't install what so ever.. i have tried EVERYTHING.. nothing works :/.. i tried on my friends s3 to see if the website was down and it wasn't so its something wrong with mine :/

I have some issue, i flash my lg optimus g pro, E988 Model, using CM11 official latest builld cm-11-20131214-NIGHTLY-e980.zip and using gapps from gapps-kk-20131119.zip
The problem is some application like BBM and Whatsup won't install and display Error "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I wonder some one can have solution with this error.

Thanks mate for your suggestion, now i am doing that, but it very inconvenient because need some extra efford and space to store the apk. But until i find best solution i will do your suggestion

no need to save the apk once u have done installing backup all the apps using titanium backup so in future u do not need to download them again
try the "clear data " option in the app setting of the play store n try downloading again Hope it will help u on ur isssue

I am clearing cache on google play app, still no different, i am planning to backup everything and reflash again CM11 this week with the latest build , hope this issue will vanish, and downloading mini gapps....

Are you using any kind of apps like : App 2 SD ? If you do, that means you moved apps to external storage, move the apps back to internal storage.

infact ive left them all installed on phone storage
but now everytime I turn it off or restart
the app has deleted its self completely from the phone
and I have to download it again which is becoming a pain now
I did root the phone but I dunno if that was the cause tho

I understand, maybe it's time to flash the ROM again, since you have root, and since all the apps uninstall themselves you have nothing to lose. Try it.

My normally off when I click off.
It was to normally run the recovery, try to install the installer provided by nuts.
I want to use it, but I will wait for a fix fo r the SD issue. Anyway, good work.

I think there is a problem with SU, many apps that need permission are not working properly, I tried to uninstall a few system apps via CCleaner/Appmaster but none seems to work
I also tried to change the dpi with textdroid_dpi, the app ask for SU, then you change the dpi value and the app ask you to reboot device, after reboot app changed the values back to normal
Also I think it's deleting the recovery somehow, after installing the rom I can't enter trwp/clock anymore, only if I reinstall them

About SU i found a fix, just download the latest SuperSU flashable 2.46 and flash via CWM/TRWP!
SuperSU working 100% now
Can i use flashtool to flash it? My phone rooted but i cant install recovery to flash anyone :'(

Your customized package is very light weight. More space than original ROM.
However, big problem is that there is no auto-mount SD card.
If we connect charger in off-state (or shutdown), then it starts up and goes to working-state.
I tried, ultimately, I re-installed with original ROM.
But I always wait for a more stable version. Thanks again.

not even for bug fixes? this was by far the best rom to D5322 I have ever used and the fastest
UUID link to system partition doesn't exist
While flashing through cwm,it shows uuid link to system partition doesn't exist

If you want to keep using this version, try to remove "tweaks.zip" in this ".zip flashable file". This causes SD-mounting problem.
However, this version remove too much system ware, there still small bugs... but I think it's ok if you want lightweight OS.
