Pixel XL 128gb availability?

Does anyone know when they're going to be available to order again? I've been on Googles waitlist for awhile now, there's no ETA. and i sent them an email yesterday and they replied back with this..

As you've already got the information about the delivery, that is the best date we could give you at the moment.
I wish we had any additional facilities, however, as the company has its own policies, we wouldn't be able to deliver the product to you in short period of time.
I hope you understand our limitations.

I have a feeling I'm gonna run out of time with the note 7 and wanted to go with the xl, but i can't wait forever.
Anyone have any insight?

Check nowinstock website and run the page refresh extension with "out of stock" phrase alert.
They've had them available for ordering on and off every week. They had many last week, in stock lasted for days.

Good news, I did google chat with a product specialist and they checked the warehouse and said the Pixel XL will be back in stock at some point in time before this week ends (when it happens it will probably sell out again, so pay close attention to it)

Shouldn't i get a notification from them that they're back in Stock if I'm in the waiting list?

Hopefully that means Verizon will be getting an influx of XL's too. I'm starting to worry that I won't get my preorder before I go on vacation in December.

I take that back. Just got an email from nowinstock saying they had silver 128s back in stock. Finally got mine ordered

Gotcha. I got mine ordered. The way you posted it made me think you were copying and pasting it from somewhere

I order my pixel xl around November 5th~8th (can't remember when exactly) and google told me it would be delivered at around December 15th-19th. Today I got an email that they've already sent it and that it coming till the 22th. I signed for the accidental protection deal cuz I'm not a careful person :S I hope it pays off.

Congratulations!

tried to register on that site (nowinstock) and it told me that they don't accept emails from that provider....It's a gmail!??? oh well...so much for setting an alert. looking for a Quite Black 128gb XL... manual refreshed it is...
EDIT: Got it figured out. col site, never knew it existed...

Does anyone have any idea why it takes so long to restock these phones? Why are not cargo ships full of them unloading every day? I would guess some component is in short supply?
And an observation, why did google make a useless 32G model with no expansion slot? If they made a 64G and 128G model there would be a lot less problems. Of course most people would probably buy the 64G model and they would not get to sell the $100 upgrade.

They have to let all the carriers fleece the customers first.
That means it probably won't be put on the LG Developer Bootloader Unlock list until well into December, maybe end of December?

I've posted that link several times. They won't add the LG V30 to that list until after the carrier unlocked versions are released. With the LG G6, was six weeks after the North America carrier unlocked version US997 was released. (May 12-June 29). But right after that, BOOM. Root, TWRP, ROMs.

What a load of crap! Then LG wonders why their mobile department is constantly hemorrhaging money. Lets announce a phone in August and not let people buy it until basically December! Its genius, by the time people can buy it other companies will be announcing their new phone and will overshadow our current offerings, how can it fail?

Figures I leave the country on the 29th. I pray that changes. Love the phone but I have to have an unlocked version

I do hope that the date is just a CYA and it's available sooner. Still, that amount would be the most I've ever paid for a phone and I'm tempted to wait until a sale. Interesting that this date is past both Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

As long as you make sure on Swappa it's the "right" US998 (NOT U.S.Cellular).
FYI: When the LG G6 official carrier unlocked US997 came our, Amazon was selling it for $50 less than B&H.

So, if it's December 5th, I wonder when the official bootloader unlock will come.

LG releases flagship variants for the "open market", a.k.a. official carrier unlocked versions (SIM card unlocked) which are not sold by carriers and have most all the bands of the carriers.
Furthermore, these open market phones are then placed of the bootloader unlock eligibility list on the LG Developer website. You can request a code to unlock the bootloader of those phones.
There's usually a delay of several weeks between release of the carrier models and the official carrier unlocked versions, to let the carriers fleece their customers. Then there's an additional delay of several weeks before these "open market" models added to the LG bootloader unlock list. No one knows why.
For the V30, will be the US998 (North America) and the H930 (Europe). Yes, U.S.Cellular also sells a US998, but not their model. The one not sold by them.

I am creating this thread out of my ongoing frustration that OEMs like LG HTC and Samsung write custom IMS software for their devices that cant be ported to AOSP roms on them. I've decided to start a bounty to incite developers to write IMS software stack to enable IMS services on the V30 ( and likely other LG devices such as the g5, g6 and V series.) Selfishly, my interest is specifically for the V30 family as I am the new owner of a V30+ and desperately want AOSP goodness on it but I cant compromise the lack of VoLTE and VoWifi.
To win the bounty, I am looking for a developer or developers to create the ability to implement IMS into an AOSP rom and function just like a stock LG ROM would.
Post your pledges in this thread and ill add to this post with your XDA user name and your pledge. If and when the AOSP IMS services are proven to work, the bounty will go to the dev that fixes it. Pledges are made in USD and will sent by Paypal or other means accepted by the dev.

Right. I got one for $325 and one for $350. Both LS998 V30+ now converted to US998 of course.
* The $325 one (9/10) has a slight drop ding just north of the volume buttons. On the black V30+ it's not really noticeable naked and with a case you're not going to see it at all. Everything else is flawless.
* On the $350 one, the previous owner customized the back camera with some sort of textured aluminum plate over the glass protector on the dual cameras. It's not ugly and everything works OK, just took me by surprise. But that one is going to my sister and it's otherwise totally flawless.

I bought mine last week and it was $325 for the phone + $20 shipping + additional ~$80 for customs. I thought this would be the same amount for the whole Europe (I imported the phone to Poland).
Anyway even with the extra $80 for customs this is still a great deal.

Searching right now, they seem to be sold out of both the "mint" and "9/10" LS998 V30+. Yesterday was a VERY good deal.

I paid 247 for the 7-10 condition on the sale day. As long as the screen is not scratched I will be happy.

That's kind of a bad dice roll man, because if the phone was used with a case, the screen is what scratches first.

My buddy just received his.....with the May security patch!!! Back it goes.

Of the two I bought recently my "mint" LS998 V330+ is truly flawless, while my 9/10 LS998 V30+ has a drop ding just north of the volume buttons. Otherwise flawless. With a case (which is necessary with these phones), that ding won't be seen. I must say the seller was honest in grading those two at least.

Does the May security patch prevent the conversion/bootloader unlock? I thought it was the June security patch that has that.

Did you test it to see if the patch really does block us on this?
Even if some of these can't be unlocked I'll bet you can get a better price just reselling it as is.

How can they block the bootloader unlock if you can still flash US998 firmware? Does download mode still work?

Just checked and the 512 is still showing for sale on my account. This is a verizon business account, btw.

I had originally ordered from Verizon but cancelled because of the locked bootloader, $35 activation fee, and no Pixel buds. I will have to wait an extra 2 weeks from Google but I'm saving money and getting a hopefully unlockable bootloader. As much as I like stock Android, it's missing a ton of features I love on Samsung devices.

You probably already know this, but if I remember correctly you still get the Verizon activation fee if you active your "Google Edition" Pixel 6 with a Verizon account. One reason I switched to AT&T. I can switch phones whenever I feel like it.

Huh, interesting! When I got my unlocked HTC 10 before I got the Pixel 1, I thought I still had to pay an activation fee to Verizon, before I switched to AT&T.

No, because when you order an unlocked one, all you have to do is throw your SIM in it. You don't even have to notify Verizon. When you purchase a VZW model, Google makes you log into your VZW account, and that's when they get you. BUT, if you're a long time Verizon customer, it doesn't hurt to call them and ask them to waive the fee.

I have Verizon and still no shipping notice for me .... Ordered less than 1.5 hours after start of Announcement on Oct 19th

Same here. I originally had a delivery date of 10/28, but now my order page on VZW says "Delivery Date Will Be Updated Soon." Hopefully it still shows up this week.
P6P, 512Gb Black is what I ordered.

Just got my shipping notice for a Stormy Black 128 gb 6 Pro. Being delivered by UPS. I have to check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date, but most likely Wednesday.

I did, and just we are all in the same boat, no CC charges or anything, but what I did notice is that the status changed from processing to Running, I got no idea what running supposed to mean but yeah

Same here. Showing the ship & delivery dates on the same day, 10/28/2021.
I spoke w/one of my local "Team of Experts" associates from T-Mobile earlier this evening.
I was concerned that, even though I'm showing the 10/28 date, the Pixel 6 Pro is now back-ordered until mid-November.
What I was told that the bulk shipment has not arrived at the regional distribution center, but, it was still showing an estimated ship date of 10/28. (No tracking information yet).
Good enough for me. I'd went elsewhere for a carrier-free model, but, no one is matching the trade-in offers. (the full purchase price @ $899 for my Note20)

Yeah, I asked 2 reps, 1 via phone then via T-Force and both assured me that I'll be having it by the 28th, so I guess will have to wait and see

Mine is still showing "preorder" on the order status page with a ship date of 10/28. No changes yet.
But apparently if you just type in the confirmation , last name, and billing zip without logging in, it shows "running" with an estimated delivery date of 10/28.

Got my shipping notice yesterday and it says delivery the 26th or 27th by a company called OnTrac in San DIego. No status yet on the tracking info but it is only coming from Orange county. Still says waiting package- this is so frustraating
