Qualche giorno fa dopo aver riavviato lo smartphone si è bloccato sulla schermata in cui viene mostrato l'orologio come quando è in stand-by. Ho provato più volte a riavviarlo ma si bloccava sempre lì.
Tramite la TWRP ho ripristinato un backup nandroid che è terminato senza errori, ma adesso non riesco più ad accedere al menù impostazioni, e non funziona:
la fotocamera,
l'esplora file di serie,
com.huawei.android.FMRadio.FMRadioMainActivity
com.huawei.android.hwouc.ui.activities.MainEntranceActivity
com.huawei.hidisk.filemanager.FileManager
com.huawei.phoneservice.ui.HelpCenterActivity
Tutte le altre app funzionano normalmente.
Domande:
1. è possibile annullare il ripristino in modo da tornare alla situazione precedente?
2. se non posso ritornare indietro, come posso risolvere sensa perdere le app e i loro dati?
3. perchè è successo un problema questo problema?Come posso fare perchè in futuro ripristinando un nandroid backup non succeda di nuovo?

per quanto riguarda WMP10 mi sembra,dai sintomi che hai descritto, che tu abbia fatto un restore di un precedente backup dopo l'upgrade alla nuova ROM...se così fosse devi sapere che NON è consigliabile..anzi che ti darà problemi. Prima di andare avanti mi dici se è così? perchè allora dovresti rifare l'hard reset e saresti a posto ..ciao!
PS dalla tua firma leggo una Rom 1.40 e una EXT Rom 1.22 (la precedente) per questo ho avanzato l'ipotesi di cui sopra...

Allora basta che tu faccia un hard reset e reistalli tutto da capo.In genere funziona..tutto.Ma su questi "aggeggi" non di può mai sapere..ognuno è un caso a se stante.Fai attenzione: se installi un lettore mp3 alternativo (per leggere ad esempio gli avi..etc) NON associare gli mp3 wav e wma a quello togliendoli da wmp10..non funzionerebbero + le suonerie e sveglie mp3!!! Controlla la tua ricezione del telefono, il BT ed il WiFi se vanno bene come prima dell'upgrade; io ho dowuto downgradare la radio a 1.10 perchè non mi andava + bene con la 1.12 contenuta nella 1.40.. auguri!

Cricca, try a hard reset. I had the same problem on my PDA2k when I updated the ROM, and restored my backup from the old ROM. Whenever I used to start Media Player, it would only search for the skins, and whenever I started the camera, it gave an error:
"Unable to start preview
mode.
Internal error.
36001:101:1".
I hard reset and reinstalled everything from scratch, and it is OK now. The only problem is that I keep the brightness one level up from completely off, but when i turn on the camera it goes to full brightness, but doesn't return to the previous level when I exit the camera. This is very annoying.

it begun but at 9% i saw an error end pda reboot, he gives the shielded one to me of start with under the numbers and codes of rom and the radio but stop in this status them.
I have tried putting it in bootloader to flash the old rom but always to 1% one jams for error.
what do i have to do to resolve now?

si è però interrotta la procedura di aggiornamento al 9% e riavviato, mi dà la schermata di avvio con sotto i numeri e codici della rome e della radio ma poi si ferma lì.
ho provato mettendolo in bootloader a flashare la vecchia rom ma sempre all'1% si blocca per errore.
che faccio vi prego ditemi che c'è una soluzione

Ciao a tutti sono nuovo di questo forum, poichè da poco ho aquistato il diamante anchio, inizialmente tutto ok ottimo telefono anche se con la vecchia rom presentava qualche bug. Dopo l'acquisto sul sito del htc ho scaricato la nova rom 1.93... tutto ok ancora per un po di tempo, un giorno ho provato ad installare i temi con un programmino scaricato da internet e dopo l'installazione è sparita l'icona della wi-fi succesivamente ho provato a rinstallare tutte le rom possibili ultima la dib 1.28 ma niente la wi-fi non compare contattando il centro assistenza htc dice che dovrei rinstallare la rom ma avendolo fatto già un sacco di prove non so più come fare in alternativa dovrei mandarlo da loro ma avendo avuto brutte esperienze in passato con i centri assiastenza vorrei lasciarla come ultima possibilità. Se qualcuno mi saprebbe aiutare ve ne sarei grato.

hai provato un hard reset? non ho capito ma il wifi funziona anche se non hai l'icona giusto? se è così penso che con un hard reset e poi reinstalli la dib risolvi tutto..

Il resoconto dei tecnici e stato saldatura ripristinata e rom aggiornata.
Tempo di riparazione 10 gg. festivi compresi

dopo aver flashato la phoenix 1.1. (e successivamente per provare, anche la energyrom e la axlor 6.1.) la fotocamera non funziona...è morta....non riesco in nessuna maniera a farla funzionare....;
qualcuno è in grado di dirmi come risolvere la questione...?? magari come modificare, che so, qualche registro...oppure come fare per verificare se la fotocamera funziona e magari controllare che sia danneggiato solo il link al programma...
Vi prego per favore datemi una mano....so che qui ci sono parecchi esperti e credo che per loro questa cosa sia veramente una cretinata....
aggiungo che HR è stato fatto svariate volte...

Scusate la mia ignoranza. Sto da poco lavorando su una mia rom ma ho tolto troppi programmi e ora non mi parte più la configurazione iniziale. Il problema principale è che non si configura ActiveSync e quindi non posso connettere il palmare al PC per installare di nuovo la rom. Come posso risolvere?
