When my phone was delivered I rooted it and installed the custom Rom in it on first day itself without updating my phone to 2.5.104 st India and my baseband version is 9-000....1.63821.1.my phone is rooted and bootloader is unlocked and currently I m on crdroid v3.8.2 unofficial but now I want to upgrade to the latest baseband can some tell me how to do that without hard bricking my device plz guys help me.... Which is safest method to do it

Will this will surely work. And Mr. Hacker said that flashing Indian deodexed zui2.1.104st using twrp Also upgrade baseband but some users reported that flashing this deodexed zui bricked their devices help me plz. What method u opted for?

Hey bro I installed deodexed Indian zui but when again went back to viper os (I thought baseband is upgraded that's why) but baseband is same why is it so I restored viper is through twrp
One thing that I didn't understand is that ,what is momst1 and all these files?

Sir, I was able to flash infected2.5.2 in my SGY which is running a DXKK4..
Works very nice for my SGY.
i already flashed my phone. Wi-fi is not working. Is it because of my build number DXKJ3?

I am not sure about it Sir.. Try to flash a KL2. Then Flash infectedROM. But for me it runs with no issues at all on a Kk4.

Same as my previous time used InfectedROM, try to flash it first with ODIN 1.84 or 1.85 to DXKL2 by Doky73

(to get same version with Infected ROM FW built) then flash recently version of InfectedROM with CWM SKIN/madteam. My SGY now work perfectly in Wi-Fi and Internet.

I have a Roger I747M with bootloader and modem I747MVLDMF1 with v5 version of MIUI android 4.2.2, now the next thing is, I can update the bootloader to the latest version and still use the rom I have?
It keeps the recovery TWR working?
I can still install custom rom
I hope you can help me solve my doubts.

How are you trying to install it? Did you go to the official MIUM website?

Before installing custom ROMs, please do your research thoroughly and be sure you know what you're doing as there is no easier way to brick or backdoor your phone.

I tried with CWM...and now i'm using philz_touch_6.07.9-d2att.tar.
There isn't any official MIUI ROMS for my device : SGH-i747m
i tried a lot custom roms before and all work but i'm not able to install miui using porting roms.
it always give me error 7
i tried to install an old miui rom and work...but i can't take any photo.... it says " can't connect to camera.... error camera "
before, i had a Galaxy S2 International and worked perfectly with MIUI v5.

If your bootloader is MK9 then you don't need to upgrade to latest bootloader which is ND3.Only drawback of being on the older bootloader is that you cannot charge your phone by turning it off it will turn back on.If you don't care about this then stick to MK9 if you want to upgrade to ND3 then you can do that after flashing the ROM.Also my advise for you to is to flash DN3 V5.2 it's the latest release and based on KitKat 4.4.2.
DN3 V5.2 scroll all the way to the bottom for the links,there are two versions full and lite only difference is that lite has bloatware removed such as samsung apps and all that full version has all that but while going through aroma set up you can choose what you would like to keep.
nd3 bootloader to be flashed via pc odin using the bootloader tab only after flashing DN3 ROM.

Sorry I just happened to check your reply on the thread since you didn't quote my post while replying.Glad it worked out for you.To know which bootloader you are on download phone info app for samsung from playstore it will tell you that.Regarding 4.3 bootloader from 4.3 onwards all bootloaders knox and they can only be upgraded not downgraded so if a newer bootloader after ND3 arrives you can upgrade to that but you won't be able to go back to ND3.
Just lost my wifi/bt & wifi hotspot after using dn3 5+ for a several days.. I return back to 4.3 custom rom and stock rom hoping to fix this problem but no luck..

Oh, yeah sorry I'm not used to quoting. I am really happy with this rom except for two things : battery life is a little shorter (didn't install greenify yet), and there this app always stopping when I play music with deezer : soundalive. Changed it for the other FX something I can't remember but now it's OK. Thanks!

now my question is is there anyway i can get lolipop rom for my phone? my phone is rooted but i think its not perfectly rooted because once i tried to wipe cache it cleared the apps but gives some time error. Best option for now is to tot to zve, accept ota or push upgrade to lollipop. Safest without error

Yes sim will be locked. There are some possible fixes. Spring android development thread has it. The developer of ultrapop, says he will add it to his ROM one it is stable.

You need to flash android Nougat bootloader and modem. Those two versions need to be the same as the android version. There is a guide in the guides section that can help you. Also, you can't install earlier version of bootloader and modem if those are the newest versions right now. If that is the case, you can install an 8.1 custom ROM and it should be fine.

just flash whole nougat rom. and then flash oreo using odin.
it will solve the problem
