I bought J7 pro J730F from UAE.. now I'm in India so i need VoLTE.. but i can't find Working VoLTE firmware for J730F.. but J730GM has Indian firmware but i unable to flash on my J730F..

Changing csc may need root so waranty is a bit.but we will try this first so you can avoid warranty bit..send me the csc file that you downloaded..i will try to modified to flash it.

Bro im unable to upload csc.. bcoz its size.. 121 mb
Yeaaaahhhh... I done that... I use odin... BL and CP i use J730F firmware files.. AP and CSC i use j730GM firmware files.. after i flashed just done a factory reset then BOOOOMMMM.... VoLTE working!!!!! All the indian feature works... My mobile model changed from J730F to J730GM....
Thanks bro for ur support... Can u pls give a root and twrp flaahing guide.. and also Lineage OS or any official custom os suggestions pls...

U have to download J730F and J730GM both firmware... And flash J730F's BL and CP.. and J730GM's AP and CSC(use HOME CSC of J730GM).. then got to PIT tab and select PIT file of J730F(u can extract PIT from CSC file from J730F.. HOME CSC is without pit.. CSC have a pit file inside).... Then tick AUTO REBOOT AND F.RESET AND RE PARTITION

Hey ,
I am having the same situation as yours , i have a samsung J7 Pro bought from UAE with J730F firmware. When i try to flash it with the J730GM , i am getting the secure check fail error. I'm fairly new to the flashing process and all that and understood that we have to use J730F's BL AND CP and J730GM's AP and CSC. Not really sure where to and how to get the pit file. When i extract the firmware files , i just get AP, BL , CP , CSC and HOME_CSC. Can you help me in solving the issue ?

Ok i'll explain bro.. CSC have a inbuilt PIT file... But HOME CSC is without PIT file... So u have to open CSC file of J730F with the help of WinRar.. then only u get a PIT file of J730F... And the u extract that and insert that PIT file in Odin PIT tab...

U can dwnld from www.sammobile.com
In j730F, dwnld UAE firmware.. and In j730GM, dwnld indian version

You must fill the type of your phone, the country (if you dont know thw abreviation you could find on sammobile.com). After chek manual and wait for your firmware.

So, i had root on my phone and i wanted to unroot my phone for i dont know why... After i found firmware for my phone (I am from Serbia, mobile network VIP) for Telenor network, evrything is ok (little long boot, but nvm) except my wifi, i cant turn it on... Any help?

Modem did not upgrade
This has been discussed over and over again
Flash same firmware 2 3 times until Baseband will change then your Wifi will work

If u find only modem yes Or if u extract it and tar + md5 it and flash

"Latest" means lot of stuff ...
U could say at least i have now this : xxxxxxx and i want to flash this version xxxxxxx

I am trying to flash SM-G920F Nougat firmware on my friend's SM-G920P. It fails saying "Sw rev check fail device 3 binary 2". I guess this is because I am flashing the AP file alone. I tried finding the BL, CP and CSC files for the SM-G920F BTU version, but I could not. It would be great if anyone could direct me to these files. Below is the firmware version.

LOL yes we can. everything works except VoLTE - there are CSC file workarounds but I don't want to root for it.

Hey i have A5 2017 running indian 7.0 firmware.screenshot attached with full details of firmware.
My Question is i have flashed 7.0 indian on uae firmware.Which oreo update is safe to flash in my phone?
Can i downgrade back to 7.0 ins if i wanted after installing oreo please help?
I have rooted my mobile to get permission to save sdcard directly.but it still saves downloads in /android/data/com....etc.How do get write permission in exsdcard directly.I have tried Es root explorer and gave permission.Its not working.Any reply will be really appreciated.I have added screenshot!

For example I have A320FL and I took SER(Russian) firmware for A320F with 8.0.0.. I didn't flashed it via odin, but I extracted from AP "system.img" and "boot.img" and flashed those in TWRP.
I think this is more safe..
Ser 8.0 is not available for a5 2017.which country you suggest me to download?.I want csc to be unchanged so that i got volte?(voice over lte is calling future)what was previous version of rom ,I mean which country varient?.Can you elaborate how you done it?Deos root and twrp still works.Thank you for the replay.

because there are no android 8.0 for A320Y yet. and also for A320F itself for other country except Russia.

i have samsung A3 2017 android naugat 7.0 .. i flash it with oreo 8.0 but i think the firmware i flash it not correct ! the baseband is unknown i fixe it .. but when i use it it says not enregistred on network !! whats the solution ? i take it to someone who have chimera tool to change baseband version but it doesn't work also ! someone tell me that there is foldre deleted when you flashe it without backup !!? what can i do ?

I would download different firmware, make sure it is the correct one, and reflash.

also the Frija tool works wonders! it does the exact same thing as SamFirm, but its just prettied up a bit
